Description of Work: I had My oil changed there which is always fast and easy, but they gave me a really cheap filter that caused my oil pressure to drop drastically and loud knocking proceeded. I asked if they could do a diagnostic for me and they did, but not an oil gallery /pressure diagnostic which is what was needed. So naturally they didn't find anything wrong using the wrong diagnostic, but it still cost me $100.00 and about a quarter tank of gas after it sat idling for hours while running the diagnostic. Everyone was friendly and all that, but instead of a $50.00 oil change I was in for over $200 after I bought oil and a filter to change it myself (which fixed the problem with the good quality filter). I cant go back on general principle and I only change it myself now.
