KLEINS QUALITY HOME WINDOW CLEANING

Very nice guy but he did not clean my solar screens well. He only brushed them and did not use soap and water. I called him back to tell him i was not satisfied with my dirty solar screens and he just said they are hard to clean. I goodled on how to clean solar screens and it specifically said to use soap and water and scrub them. I do not feel that I got my moneys worth. My clean windows are hidden behind my dirty solar screens. He basically just showed up with a bucket of water and never even used my water hose to clean out the window sills.

It went very smoothly. He showed up on time first thing in the AM, performed the work quickly and efficiently and was out of the way by the time my housekeeper showed up. Very nice man to do business with.

Prompt response to bid request. Bid was detailed and had each of several options priced separately. Showed up when scheduled. Professional and efficient. No mess. No bother. Very good job.

Phil Klien could not do the work so he sent an assistant who called, came by to do an estimate and verify the work needed. The assistant, Paul, was reluctant to work the big window until I told him I would help remove and move the big storm window. Paul returned the next day and did a superb job. Our front windows have never been so clean. Klien's has a good reputation in our neighborhood.

We have lived in our house for five years and they have been cleaning the windows ever since we moved in. They are very nice people and they do an excellent job. We get a discount for being long time customers. I would highly recommend them anyway though because they are very reasonable.
