While they got us the estimate the next morning and it was thorough, pricing was triple over who I went with. I did need to call them the next morning to see where the estimate was.

From the time I set my appointment with Katie to the time Alex came out, they had impeccable customer service. Katie answered all of my questions and even tried to refer me to a foundation person. I was contacted prior to my appointment time and even when Alex came out he had shoe covers to put on inside of my home. Alex cameo my home for a consultation on a water spot I had on the interior wall of my home. He was extremely detail and stated he didn't want to poke holes in my walls too much. He didn't detect anything when using his technology exteriorly but when he poked the interior, the number was high. No mold was detected and it wasn't wet, but he came to the conclusion it was from the outside brick with water coming in. He also noticed some other construction issues. I will definitely refer them to my clients!

They came fast, explained everything from top to bottom, answered all my question, walked me through the whole process step by step and were very thorough, responsible and reliable. They went above and beyond their scoop of work and even offer some solutions to issues I had at my house due to the water damage . This helped me a LOT -I highly recommend them!
