Justin called me the following morning (I submitted my project at 10pm) and then came the next day on time. He was extremely professional and courteous, making the morning pleasant despite the problem we were dealing with (termite infestation). He not only went above and beyond the call of duty to treat the problem but also explained how the products worked, etc. very clearly. My other problem with rover ants wasn't resolved, but that wasn't what I called him for to begin with. The price was much less than I had expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
