Jim has been installing and repairing garage doors for me for over 30 years. You will never find a more , competent, dependable or fair repairman.

Jim Moore did the work on both doors. He was efficient, repaired only what needed to be done and reasonably priced. I will absolutely use Jim Moore again.

Everything went fantastic. He advised me on eventually needing a new door. Due to my financial situation, he fixed it do that this one would last another couple of years.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

He's done this for other elderly people and he's always helping them out. He does a lot of free service for the elderly and he is someone you can depend on.

He gave me the best explanation of the options for fixing or replacing my garage door (the upper panel had cracked at the midline where the garage door opener arm attached), knew the brand of my garage door and all about that company, and was interested in providing what was best for me. The other estimates I got were far inferior in all respects; the other estimates that I got were incomplete, and one was pushing replacing the entire door, which was not necessary. He was very prompt at coming out to give an estimate, and for coming when he promised to fix the door. I highly recommend Jim Moore. He will give you value and good service.

We have used Jim Moore for about 15-20 years. He is simply amazing! He is one of the most responsive service people in the world. He is constantly busy (and I can see why!), but he returns calls and he makes time to take care of your problem even if it is on a Saturday. On many occasions he has talked us through a problem over the phone, saving the need for a service call. He is totally competent on all aspects of overhead doors, having solved problems both big and small for us. His prices are very reasonable. And he is just about the most friendly guy you could ever hope to deal with. In this instance, our efforts to solve the problem had not worked. So I called Jim on Friday morning and left a message. Friday afternoon while I was out, he returned my call and left a message telling me he would call me Saturday morning and try to get over to look at what we had. He did so, and when he got here, it was all really simple. My description above pretty much covers all he did. It took very little time, he was very reasonable, and he solved the problem. I wish he had more ratings so his name would pop up at the top of the list when you go to Angie's "garage door" category. He is simply the best! It is always a hassle when something happens to your garage door, but I know that Jim is just a phone call away and that he will take care of the problem as soon as he possibly can.
