Jeneer Heating and Air Conditioning

Description of Work: I Signed a service agreement for this company in September 2016 for maintenance. The cost was $14.95 per month. I did not receive a fall or spring service. Instead, I contacted them because my AC was not cooling. No maintenance was done, simply a check on the Freon stating I need to add. The technician Straton, took down my homeowners information (he never contacted them). I have call for the past week. The owner is not there and Straton can not be contacted.

Description of Work: They came out on a home warranty call the day before we spoke with someone there they said we were good to go next day technician gets to our home and said nothing was approved we call the home warranty company who then approved the work the technician looked at the motherboard that was sent by the company and said it looked like the correct one only to come back out the next day and say I'm sorry it's the wrong one. They were already paid by the warranty company yet when the correct part came in they refused to return unless they were paid again and asked for more money than the first time they said the money had been spent on phone calls (which we made) and trips and diagnostic ( which they NEVER diagnosed).
