Description of Work: Provided revisions and updates to my website as requested by me. Jacob built my website originally. All revisions and updates were made quickly and correctly. I wouldn't consider using anyone other than Jacob for website work.

He is very quick in response is very talented and is excellent in what he does. Hopefully I'm going to have a profitable business eventually, but it is mostly an informational site that are going to have an affiliate products on it.

Description of Work: I had an issue with my company website not being viewed on all the search enginges. I am not sure what he did or how he did it - but my website can now be viewed on all search enginges.

He spent three months working hard to launch the site and now does monthly items as I request and as he thinks of improvements he lets me know... I would not hesitate to recommend Jacob for the very small business who is just starting out... I could not have done this work myself...

+ -1 moreChris could not complete the process at my home--took the CPU with him and returned it 2 days later working like new and installed Windows 7 in the process. While waiting for the bootup/download process to get done, he also cleaned up my laptop and it is working much faster now.
Description of Work: My HP desktop was not functioning properly. Chris cleaned everything off it and reloaded the OS and all files. Also worked on my laptop while at the house.

+ -1 moreHe did a very nice job and was very timely. His price was very reasonable and I would certainly use him again! He also gave advice on purchasing a new laptop as well.
Description of Work: He did some work on my desktop computer so it would communicate with my wireless printer. He also worked on my laptop as well. He also came back a second time to test server ports.

+ 2 moreI was searching online for a company to help us expand our company into eCommerce and possibly help our network infrastructure. I ran into DFW IT Department's website, and I had heard good things about them in the past, but was wary because their rates are a little higher than their competitors. I decided to give them a shot, and it was a great choice. Jacob discussed with me our needs as a company, and came up with good solutions. Not only has he made our office more efficient, he made our data safe and secure with an offsite backup. The website construction seemed to fly by. I'm not sure how they were able to put so much of our data into the online database in such a small amount of time, but a few days after we met they had put together a lovely website. Not long after we launched the new website, an investment we had been seeking came through, and the approval letter mentioned our new website. I'm so glad I chose to go with Jacob. It was a wonderful experience.
Description of Work: I've dealt a lot with the technology industry and this is the first time I've had a positive experience in every facet. Jacob is always polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He is an extremely efficient worker, and was able to complete the jobs we had for him in a fraction of the time other companies quoted. We had him 'virtualize' our company network, and develop our website into an eCommerce site, and he preformed some minor repair and maintenance our office needed. He was able to take our product lists and convert them into a beautiful and easy to navigate website. Best of all, it was easy for us to update, and we weren't dependent on them for maintenance once Jacob put the website together. I am beyond pleased with the services provided. Our small company recently received an investment, a very generous investment, which I believe was a direct result of the work Jacob and the DFW IT Department did for us. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my family and friends. They were one of the keys to our success.
