Description of Work: we had a shut off valve leaking on our toilet, when we called (evening) we were told it would be $99.00 for the after hours call. When he arrived, he fixed the problem in approx 10 minutes, or less. He then charged us another $99.00 for the work. We feel that we were misled when we called origionally. It was not explained to us that the $99 charge was NOT applied to the service performed. We feel that $198.00 is WAY out fo line for 10 minutes of work. Steven & Darlene Rees

Description of Work: This company had done work in my house before, through a contractor when I had my kitchen remodeled and they did a great job. On a Sunday morning I had a very bad leak in a bathroom. I had to shut the water off to my whole house. I called the contractor who had done my kitchen work, and he gave me the number for the plumber. I called and within 20 minutes they had returned my call. After getting my information, they called me back within 5 minutes and said the associate would be at my house within the hour. They came within the hour as promised and fixed my problem with sincerity and professionalism. I live in an older home and hoped they would not have to tear the floor out of the bathroom, they worked very hard and completed the project with a minimum of demolition. The bathroom was left functional. I will need to have some sheet rock repaired, but that is minimal compared to what it could have been. I was very pleased with the work and the kindness and professionalism of the associates who came to my home. I would recommend them to anyone.
