I have a rental property in Fort Worth and I live 4 hours away. My tenant called me the Friday before Thanksgiving to say the faucet in the kitchen was spraying water every where and the last handy man I had hired (not through Angie's List) was a complete failure . I was in an airport with about an hour before my flight out of the country trying to find someone who could complete the work while I was unavailable. I found Phillip (the owner) with Integrity Home Services through Angie's List. What a life saver! He answered the phone and we spent 15 minutes going over the problem and finding solutions. He told me what he thought the price would be, estimating the parts needed as I could not wait for an exact quote, and was right on target! I explained that I would be out of the country and not available to make a payment for 9 days. I offered to give him my credit card number before he started the work and he said no thank you. He did the work, sent me a bill and waited until I returned to get paid - all this for a person he had never spoken to before! Phillip is amazing with great attention to detail. One of the most honest people I have had the pleasure to work with in a long time! He has done many more things for me since then and between pictures, email, text and phone calls it is the next best thing to being there in person. He is always pleasant and works with me to find the best solution that does not break the bank. I cannot say enough good things about Phillip. If you need a handyman to help fix things around your house or your rental, Phillip with Integrity Home Services is the man to call. Best call I ever made!!! Having Phillip makes owning rental property in Fort Worth a much easier proposition.

As usual, Phillip showed up on the dot. We said 10:00 a.m. and I kid you not...9:59 a.m. my door bell rang and he was there with his wife. They got to work immediately and finished quickly. The work was done perfectly. They are very meticulous when it comes to what they do and they know I am very particular about how work is done. They cleaned after themselves and I think my three bathrooms are cleaner now than before they came! I trust him and Margie so much that I would literally leave the house and just tell them to lock up and for those who know me, I don't trust my own shadow. This company will forever be my home services/handyman company. I am incapable of doing a lot of the things that they do plus I am so busy that I cannot take care of things myself sometimes. I recommend them 100%. If you ever need a reference, you are welcome to talk to me. I have sent Phillip and Margie on three different jobs besides my own and everyone has been thrilled with the results. As a matter of fact something that I put in his list to do didn't get done. He told me "you don't need to get this done Esteban". That right there is integrity! I can deal with that every day of the week. The price they charge is very fair and once again, trust is everything to me. They came, I went back into my home office, closed the door and when they were done Phillip knocked on my door, showed me all the work and sent me a bill via email. What else can you ask for? I know I could leave them in the house by themselves working and I would come back to a perfect and un-touched home with everything I needed done to perfection.

I can not speak highly enough of these folks. First off, I am hard to get ahold of - I work for an industry that is busy during the holidays, which is about when we needed Integrity's services. After I sent a quick email with the address and the nature of the work requested, Mr. Rupe and I played a little phone tag. When Mr. Rupe did not get me on the phone, he went by my house to look at the work I requested (it was outdoor work). He gave me a more than reasonable estimate and we set up a time to do the work. It turns out that once he got started the front door was in worse shape than we thought, so it took more time that what he quoted me. Most contractors would have tacked that onto the final bill, but he said he stuck by his estimates. In fact, he almost undercharged me so when he gave me the invoice I went back to my email estimate from him and reminded him what we agreed on and wrote the check for that amount. In my mind, this speaks volumes to his level of integrity. Personally, I was also very comfortable having Margie and Phillip in my home. I have an autistic teenager and he was home with his grandmother the day the work was performed. I did not worry about their safety or whether the work would be performed as requested. They just made me very comfortable from the first call. Please feel free to use them - but don't keep them too busy. I need them again this Spring!!!

I came home from work to find my neighbor standing on my driveway crying. Two police officers were going into her home. I parked and asked her what happened but I already knew...they had been broken into. After making many phone calls and deal with the police, I stepped up to help my neighbor. I opened the Angie's List iPhone app and found Integrity Home Services. I am so glad I did! It was late when I called them and they answered. They were at my neighbors house within 20 minutes. They secured the door for the night and then came the very next morning at 8:00 a.m. sharp to fix the door. They did a fantastic job and the door looked new when they were done. I have hired Integrity Home Services again to come and fix another door that was kicked in. They will be here on Saturday January 28 to get that door fixed as well. I also hired them to do some work in my own home because their prices are fantastic and they are fast, and have well...integrity. Phillip is a delight to deal with and he is beyond honest. I have found an eternal handyman for all my home and my neighbors needs. I recommend Integrity Home Services for all your handyman needs. They are the best!

Was efficient and made sure the doors were straight on the tracking. Took the time to make sure the doors were level across the top and closed properly.

I contacted him with a project that other people didn't want to do. I sent him the pictures and he said it looked like something that he is interested in doing. They completed it and did a good job and they were very nice.I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

The Rupe's once again did a very proffesional and detailed job from start to finish. They always arrive on time and get the job done in the time frame quoted and we have never felt more confident in their quality of work and fairness of pricing. The quality of work done on the garage door was superb. My husband and I will definetly have the Rupe's doing more work in the future!

I’m pleased with their prices. They are going to do some general home repairs, including fixing shower fixtures and caulking. So far, they’ve left a very good impression on me. I look forward to working with them.

He accomodated my husband & I by scheduling a time to come and install the ladder in between a very full month of jobs he already commited to, because we were having a new AC/Heating Unit put in on Monday we asked Mr. Rupe to come the Thursday before our Monday date. He and his wife were right on time, they were very polite, professional and displayed excellent work ethics. They knew exactly what to do and the job was completed in the time frame (maybe even a little less ) he gave to me over the phone. Just a little note -this job was estimated by Mr. Rupe by phone so I knew he was confident of his skills! My husband & I are soooooooo very pleased and will defintly be using the Rupe's again & again!!! The experience was a real blessing for us and we feel very fortunate and my husband was most impressed. Intergrity Home Services is a A+!! Thank you for your wonderful service!

It went very well just like the previous time ( August 5) . Again weI found Philip Rupe and Mrs. Rupe ( his ever willing helper!!) very pleasant and professional in manner and activity. When they ran into a snag on the door installation they explained that to me and worked on the issue until it was resolved. (I don't think by the way those doors are as easy to install as the box seemed to indicate!). They also put the wall cabinet up very quickly and put it at the height I had indicated and even asked: "which way did I want the cabinet door to open?". Also they made a donation of some small writing pads (with their information on them) for the National Night Out for October 4- a neighborhood event that is sponsered by the Fort Worth Police Dept./Crime Prevention group!!- That was very nice to do also. We are very happy again with Integrity's work !

Very thorough, Very professional and Very friendly- and just kept working ( and the garage was at least as hot as it was outside- 110 degrees!!!) They gave us an estimate the previous day that was a little less than what we actually paid but we added some tasks to the original and did not mind paying for the additional work. Also they did not mind telling us when our "design" in the garage needed adjustments and they told us why it needed adjustments... They answered our questions to our satisfaction and it was a real relief to find a vendor that was interested in our project and interested in satisfiying our requirements and interested in getting the job done in a timely manner. We contacted them this week and told them we had these two projects that needed work right away they were willing to do them!- also they had a cancellation that helped get us scheduled quicker!!! Definitely an A+ company. We have already told them of two other projects we need help with!!!. My Husbands input: I recommend Integrity Home Services to anyone who needs quality and affordable help with home projects.

Mr Rupe emailed me a detailed estimate outlining items and materials and explained each component. He charged a small percentage for wear and tear on equipment and misc. hardware, but I found the overall price still very competative. He informed me that his time estimates were locked in so that if he went over, we would not be charged but if he appreciably under estimated the time he would adjust it. (He underestimated his time and sure enough we were not charge a dime over the contracted amount.) He was gracious enough to work around several scheduling conflicts and we finally settled on 6/20 as the start date. He and his wife arrived on time and got right to work. I supplied the bi-fold closet door and Mr. Rupe worked with what I gave him. During the process the wall was built out a bit too far (maybe a 1/16-1/8th inch) with the knock down texturing. And rather than try take the easy way and try and sand it down to just fit, Mr Rupe took down the build out and built it to fit properly. That is pride in workmanship and attention to detail that is missing in alot of businesses. I had them paint a deep red color and it took several more coats than he estimated and again I was not charged over the original estimate. The vent was nicely sealed from the elements and the lights installed quickly. The quality of the work was very good and the price more than fair.

Phillip and Margie did a great job as usual...The project took every bit of 2 days...The texture looked great as well as the doors and painting...They always arrive on time and begin working promptly...They do not "disappear" for long periods of time while on the job and they do not juggle more than one job at a time...They work very hard while they are on the jobsite and friendly to all of us...I was very pleased, once again, with the quality of their work and will be having them back later in the summer for other projects.

Did not do the type of work I was looking for. UPDATE: I did not intentionally mark a "B" rating -- I thought I had put an "N/A" down. I am so sorry. He didn't do the type of work I was looking for and I appreciated his honesty instead of trying to do something he did not feel comfortable with! I have changed it to an "A"!!!!!

We have used the Rupe's services before and were excited to have them come back to work on this project...I called on a Friday and they were out working on the project the following Tuesday...As usual, they were at our house when they said they would be...When they arrived, they began working immediately...I could not be at the house that day, but found them to be very trustworthy with their time and our home...They always go above and beyond with the service they provide...Most handymen wouldn't go to the trouble of crawling around my attic on a hot day, but Phillip did what it took to do the job right instead of taking the easy road by running an exposed wire behind the facia board...Another example would be the time they took to caulk all of the joints and nail holes before they painted...I appreciate the attention to detail like that...This is what sets Phillip and Margie apart from their competitors...When it was all said and done, the project turned out great and we were very pleased...It really is nice to have a handyman team that we can rely on and trust to get our projects done in a cost effective and timely fashion...Great job!

Phillip and Margie were wonderful! They work very well as a team. I haven't had much luck finding a consistent handyman to take care of small jobs around my home. I was very pleased with their service from start to finish. Not only did they do great work, but they are super people. I felt their pricing was very fair, especially since they did more than I expected or asked of them. This was a great experience for us. Or new front door is beautiful and my wife was ecstatic to finally have the project completed. I encourage everyone to send their small home improvement jobs to Phillip and Margie, I know I will. You will be glad you did! Can't wait until my next project.

Called, set time to come out. Received text message within 24 hours with prices for sprinkler system control that he had located. Was on time for appointment, replaced system, reviewed how to program and finished in less than an hour. Discussed future projects and quotes. Will definitely use again. Very pleasant and professional - like having a friend over.

due to the age of the plumbing fixtures, it took a little longer than he probably estimated; however, he did not charge for the extra time. he charged just what he estimated. their work and workmanship were solid and professional. they are a pleasant couple to work with. if i could give them an A+, i would. i wil definitely be calling them for future projects.

I would definitely recommend him. The work he performed was very good and he actually gave me a better price than what he originally quoted. He actually had to reschedule with me but he was very professional about communicating with me. He gave me a discount because I rescheduled with him. His wife has come out to work as well and I have had no problems with them because they are both extremely professional. I like the work that has been done.
