Phillip lives up to his company name 'Integrity Home Services'. What an example of old fashion work ethic! Him and his wife were here by 9 AM and worked until 6 PM. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. His work was meticulous and when they completed the job, my bathrooms were spotless with no remnants of any construction having been done. Would I hire them again? Absolutely!! As a side note, they loved my overly friendly dog. Now that's nice!

Phillip and his wife have done several jobs for us. Every time if have called, he has been extremely quick to respond. Beyond that, the quality of work is outstanding! They have assembled a pergola and went above and beyond by making certain it was secured in place. They arrived when they said they would and informed us all along the way about progress, costs, etc, they also planned and installed a deck for us. It turned out great and Phillip made sure that drainage and good quality materials were included. They worked in some of the hottest days and conditions, but got it completed as planned. It is a wonderful addition to our yard. I highly recommend them for any project. I will call them again!

Phillip, spent 4 hours on this job with the majority of time in the attic installing stairs and hand rails. I don't have to worry about falling or twisting my knee or ankle anymore. Integrity is my go to company!

Phillip was on time and immediately started working. We discussed some options for the trim I wanted. He made a hardware store run came back with some examples of trim. He had to go to more than one place to find everything he wanted to show me. Phillip was easy to work with and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. Phillip got right to work mitre cutting the trim and staining. He would periodically call me to show me where he was at and if I was happy with the look. He was very professional and really took his time getting the project done to my satisfaction. After he was done with the trim work, he removed a pot rack that was,bolted to a brick wall. I was hesitant to remove it myself in fear of damaging any brick. Phillip removed it without any problems at all. He was MORE than fair on the price he charged. I will definitely call Phillip for future work and can highly recommend him.

Excellently. Mr. Rupe was very cordial over the telephone, gave us an estimate of the approximate time it would take to do the work and a price range estimate. He called the day prior to his arrival to confirm our continuing interest in his service. Arrived promptly the next day when he said he would and began his work. He was able to to refinish the door in place without taking it off his hinges. While his 4 to 5 hour estimate turned into 6 hours, it was because he did not have the exact stain and varnish color to match the door. He drove to the nearest hardware store, purchased the exact match and di not charge us for the extra time in route as he said it was his responsibility to make an exact color match, not a close color match. So, he charged us only for the time spent on the job. Our door is like new again, the workmanship top-notch, his professionalism and courtesy as well and we couldn't be happier with the price, the results and the entire experience.

Angies list this is yours to fix. It's a waste of the contractors time and mine!!!!!!!!! I gave the guy an A because he called me back to let me know they didn't service my area.

They were great, they were reasonably priced, and timely. They were very easy to work with, and provided a reasonable price. They were also honest. Overall experience, I will give them an A. They are very+ good.

Called Phillip the morning of May 21, 2014, Wed. He answered the phone. He told me upfront he was booked till the last week in June. I have several things I need done but told him they could wait but I needed one thing done asap. He asked what it was, I told him, and he said he couldn't do it that day but could in the next day or two, around 5:30 on up to 7pm. I told him that would be great!! Thanked him also. Truly it's a 5 to 10 minute job. So when he told me he could get to it within a day or 2 I didn't call anybody else. I trusted his word. So I waited Thursday than Friday to hear from him. Never did hear from him. He couldn't even call and tell me he can't make it. Better yet why string me along and tell me he could do it when he is so booked! Guess I was the fool in believing him. Now I have to wait till Tuesday to find someone because of the Holiday weekend. That's why I gave an F. Looks like from all the A reveiws his work is great.

Sent an estimate. However, I discovered since I live in Northeast Dallas I am outside of the service providers area. Was sad to find that out after all the good reviews, but would have used if possible. First out of five people to respond back that I contacted about estimates.

I highly recommend Phillip. I'm in the process of getting my house ready to sell. I started last year with Phillip's help and in the middle of it all I got called away. Temporary live in supervisor for a group home for 5 month. During that time I trusted Phillip with a key to the house. He kept the project going as far as he could go. Cleaned up afterwards and walked me through what was done & what needed to be done as soon as I was in a position to do it. Made suggestion for improving the sale. Hope to get him back in there to complete the project soon. FYI - perhaps his most admirable side that speaks the name "Integrity" is that Phillip gave to the group home free labor for one day to fix what ever they needed. God Bless him.

Heis my handyman for anything i need. my son has also used their services. very honest and fair. i had paid more for a contractor - who did the work in a fraction of the time but it didnt matter, i had to pay again to 'fix' everything he did! i learned speed is not important, quality is, and you get quality and honesty with them every time. i also like his integrity. he has no problem saying if he thinks the job is not something that he feels comfortable doing for whatever reason. he has even refered a great plumber when i needed one. was great with my dogs and cat as well, he became 'family' and was very nice to all of us. i will keep using them for sure. complete honesty and integrity. worth every penny.

The husband/wife team were fantastic, running out to purchase repair parts needed on their lunch break.He seems able to repair most anything and suggested repairs instead of replacement on several things saving me money. I'm building up my next list of projects so I can schedule them for another day. They're excellent!

I've used him several times in the past and always had good results. He does all jobs both large and small, always arrives on time, and charges reasonable rates for his services. I will definitely use him in the future.

It went great. They were on time, within budget, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice. I have no complaints.

I just e-mailed or I called him and he contacted me with that and we set it up, he came out and did it. He was reasonable. As for the quality of his work, I had to have him re-do a few things but he did come out and took care of it within a day or within the same day. My husband and I are very picky so if there is anything that we don’t like might be even minor things which other people may not even notice it. He is very responsive to my needs.

I got them from your list and I am absolutely happy. I love it. I love him. I love that he is on time. He is reasonable, honest. I went to Integrity and I haven't really picked anybody else. I used them on February 8, 2014. The approximate cost of the service I think it was like $60 job – change up my kitchen faucet. He did not do anything else. We can do things a little bit at a time. That's my third time using him.

Philip came on time and we showed him the a list of things that we wanted done. He had no problem getting right to work. We are getting our home ready for sale and needed to have some detail work done, painting, repairing, general detail work. We like his work and how he accommodated us with working us into his schedule and ours. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs work done. Very polite and reasonably priced.

I chose Integrity Home Services because they carried insurance and had many good reviews. I can now add another good review. Phillip and Margie are very professional and likeable people, and they did an excellent job for us. Not only did they install our lighting fixtures correctly, but they made a suggestion as to the best length for our pendant lights, something I hadn't even considered, and they were absolutely correct. I appreciate that they knew enough and cared enough to make a suggestion rather than just ask what I wanted done. In another room, the inner workings of our old light fixture were serviceable but not quite up to par, and they made two trips out, once to obtain better parts and once to obtain a ceiling medallion to cover the old light's footprint. When they finished, they not only cleaned up the work area but they hauled away our old fixtures and all of the new packaging! Again, more than expected. This is the difference between doing an okay job and doing a great job. They really seem to enjoy and take pride in their work and in their company (their truck and van are loaded with company information presented in a cheerful way). I'm very glad to find such a good handyman resource.

Took a bit of a wait because his services are in high demand. I was not in a hurry so I waited based on his previous reviews. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Paid by the hour not by the job. I like that. He was fast and efficient. Took out the old wood studs that had rotted from moisture, replaced it all and then sealed areas where possible leaks could come from. Appears he has a lot of experience in his field. Cleaned up his job site. He is coming back in a couple of weks to repair a problem with my patio roof, so yes, I am hiring him again.

Phil arrived promptly and immediately started working on the sink replacement. His wife, Margie arrived a little later to assist. They work well as a team and the sink replacement was completed with no problems. I left the kitchen when he began the work and when I came back in after they were finished, the entire work area had been cleaned and the new appliances looked great. Phil and Margie are great to work with. They're cheerful, enthusiastic and respectful. They're also focused, work diligently and keep you informed when unexpected situations occur. For instance, Phil informed me when he had to cut a small section in the bathroom wall to access the leaking gasket for replacement. He showed me how the small cut would be unnoticeable after the faucet was reassembled, so that I would not be concerned. I would highly recommend them and plan to hire them again very soon.

Mr Rupe is very proffessional, honest and does his work thourough. He is the only person I have ever met that my husband I can call knowing the job will be done right and with a reasonable price. We would never consider any other person to do our work but Mr. Rupe and his wife.

It was a little over $700. They were speedy, accurate and knowledgeable in their quote. The only thing that they sell down is that they are a little bit more expensive than another service provider. They came out and took a look at it and got an email that afternoon.
