It is 9/29/12, and I just now saw your report. Thanks, in large part to Angie's List, we work 7 days a week, and are booked 5-7 weeks in advance, so I seldom take time to browse past reports. My records indicate I prepared a proposal on 11/08/11 in the amount of $2.146.27. I do not keep email records that far back. While its recommended to follow up with a phone call, I sometimes don't. Ocassionally, I have customers find my responses in their Spam or Junk folders, and thus, have not seen them. I have learned many customers do not like the uncomfortable feeling when a bid is not acceptable, and I have adopted a policy of letting them contact me if they want to engage in further discussion. I sincerely regret the miscommunication that appearantly occurred . No job is too small for us, and I'm sorry to have let you think so.
