+ -1 moreMr. Aquino has an excellent eye for what needs to be done. Given his head, he will not cut corners but will delight with a very professional job. I did not rush him or his people. They completed a very thorough job to our absolute delight.
Description of Work: Replaced all damaged wood on house, gazebo, bridge and well. Power washed all surfaces before applying primer and 2 coats of paint. Filled in all nail holes before painting. Caulked everywhere required. Replaced all screens with solar screens and replaced all screen keepers. Washed windows before replacing window screens. I highly commend Mr. Aquino and his team.

+ -1 moreTHE CREW CAME OUT AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WAS SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. MY HOUSE LOOKS GREAT! THEY WERE TIMELY AND HAD THE JOB FINISHED EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE AND AT THE SAME PRICE THAT THEY HAD QUOTED TO ME.
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO COME OUT AND SCRAPE THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE AND PAINT THE EXTERIOR.

+ 2 moreINO MAY NOT BE THE CHEAPEST PAINTER AROUND, HOWEVER HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY OF WORK MORE THAN COMPENSATES FOR HIS PRICE. INO'S WORK IS SECOND TO NONE THAT I HAVE SEEN.
Description of Work: PAINTED OUTSIDE OF HOME, STRIPPED WALLPAPER, REFINISHED CABINETS, TEXTURED AND PAINTED INSIDE OF HOME.
