+ -1 moreOur real estate agent let him in at 1:00 we got there at 3:30. He finished about 4:30. At that time he went over his findings. he found the most minute cracks, leaks and paint problems as well as the big stuff, electrical and HVAC. He did a really thorough job. He took clear and explanatory pictures and his written report was extensive, far beyond the checkboxes. I'd hire him again. The only reason I picked another one for the next house we had inspected was that he was booked for the next 4 days, another positive indicator.
Description of Work: Earnest Johnson is the inspector, he came and inspected a home we wanted to purchase. he took 4 hours and did a thorough job. He called in a termite inspector and rolled that into the total cost of 370.
