Took the entire day to run 2 telephone lines. The person did not show up with everything he needs.

I initially contacted Tony and he was very responsive. He came out and reviewed the situation and gave me a quote. Tony was to check his worker's schedule that does second story work and promptly called back to let us know what date the work could be done. I had a miscommunication and I had to reschedule the job. Tony said they would be out 6/17/2012 a Sunday to do the job. He wanted access early since it involved attic work. They had not shown by noon and I called and left a message. Tony called back that he forgot it was Father's day and was fishing. He apologized profusely and said he would call me the next day to set something up. I never heard back.

Called HPF/Tony Tuesday afternoon hoping to get a quote/work completed by the weekend. I explained my situation to him: I already had security cameras and a DVR but needed help with the wiring through the soffits into the attic. Tony gave me a ‘general’ quote and we agreed to meet at my house that following Friday at 2 pm. Tony arrived around 2 pm and I provided him with a map of where I wanted the cameras mounted and the directions they should face. Tony started to work right away - and explained that his assistant would be arriving shortly. Both Tony and his assistant worked hard for the next 2 hours - going up into and down from the (extremely hot) attic, and fishing wires to the appropriately mapped locations in the hot sun, etc. After the wires were in place, Tony and his assistant mounted all eight cameras, and even moved an existing camera to a new location. Next, they gathered all the camera wires in the attic and grouped them so that they would end in one central location into the house. Tony then connected each of the cameras to the DVR to ensure they worked properly - which they did. It has been several days since the installation and everything is functioning exactly as planned. Both guys worked efficiently, cleaned up after the installation, knew what they were doing, and most importantly knew what I wanted them to do, and the end price was less than the original ‘general’ quote. I will be sure to call HPF/Tony again if I ever need help with cameras, wiring, etc.

When I called HPF, they scheduled the service call at my convenience. Tony arrived very punctual on the day of service and went to work immediately to repair our phone jack which had not worked for some time. He did not hesitate to go into the attic to find the problem and fixed it right away. Then tested all existing jacks to make sure they are still working correctly. Tony then ran the tv cable cord into the attic and through an interior wall in the masterbedroom. He also explained the options we had to also connect other outlets, and proceeded according to our desires. When finished with the work I asked for, I asked if he could look at my DVD Recorder which was not hooked up correctly. He did and within minutes had it recording, showiing me how to work the controllers. Tony had quoted an approximate price when I first called and his final price was even below that quoted price, including the extra DVD work. I am extremely pleased with everything about this company and employee or owner (not sure which)! They did excellent work, very timely, very reasonable and considerate of the persons needs and situation! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!!! The highest of ratings please!

Tony contacted me and he understood my problem at once. We set an appointment for him to come out. He was there on time and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the service that I received and would definitely call on him again if the need arises.
