Called the day before to remind us. Showed up on time, actually, 5 minutes early. Got right to work. Extremely thorough. Spent over 3 hours working and then took me on a walk through so I could ask questions. Got the report to me that evening. Even answered a text question the next day. We were very happy with the service.

Easiest house inspections I have ever done. Kent was thorough, methodical and unbelievably knowledgable. Kent was punctual and did the work in the estimated time frame. He has been easy to reach after the work was done with follow up questions. His report was detailed and easy to follow which is really important when making the repairs.

I did a lot of research on home inspectors in the Burleson/DFW area. Kent was very highly rated in reviews so I decided to go with him. He was not the cheapest, but was not the most expensive either. I feel that I fully got my money's worth with Kent. He was very thorough with the inspection. He took about 3 hours and also explained everything to me in detail. I feel that he caught a lot of things that others may have missed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Kent was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I found him from his great ratings on Angie's List. He was easy to schedule and showed up on time. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely thorough in checking every issue. He took his time inspecting the exterior, interior, roof, appliances, fireplace, garage, attic, etc. He answered all of the questions we had with patience, and he went over every aspect of the inspection and explained things thoroughly so that we would understand the issues. Further, he promptly emailed us the report later that evening. We are very pleased with his work and we highly recommend Kent.

Kent did a great job. He was very responsive via phone, text, and email. Did a detailed report. Helped with estimating costs for repairs. The most important is he found real structural defects and recommend we have an engineering report done. They did find the house was in need of 16 piers. We walked away from that house. We are using him again for the next house. Nice guy. I would recommend.

He also has some very cool modern tools to provide the customer with greater and accurate results. Kent also answered any and all questions I had during the inspection. When he called the day before to verify the appointment I knew he was reliable. He showed up on time and answered all my questions. He let me follow him from room to room and all around the outside of the house. He took his time showing me everything that needed to be addressed.

Kent was awesome, he went out of his way to take care of my inspection. I live outside of his normal area but he still came out to do my inspection. He also made an exception to his work schedule to take care of it. Real professional plus he was very informative about the inspection he was performing.

I contacted Kent to provide a quote on a home inspection for a new home. As I was going to be out of town the week prior to closing, timing was a little tight. Kent came out to do the inspection on a Saturday, despite a sizable drive, without spiking up the price. When there was a possible delay due the the previous appointment, we were advised in writing a full 24 hours before our appointment. Kent was polite, well equipped, and definitely knew his information. He completed the inspection thoroughly, not missing a detail. and was more than willing to explain what was going on as he went. He was personable, and explained all the technical details without using alot of industry speak, or translating if needed. There were only a few minor issues, and the cost actually came in a little below the quote. We had the written report available for our builder within a day with the problem areas clearly spelled out and marked. I would definitely use Kent again if I buy another property, and would recommend him to anyone.

As a Realtor and Investor of many properties in my life time, I can attest to Kent's abilities. Punctuality, Not only on time but early and My wife and I were early but he still beat us. Love that. My biggest accolade is the service: and here's why, 1) Kent does not infer or project something unless it is witnessed (That's Called Integrity). This is such an important aspect of an inspectors business because, whether buying or selling, you want facts not a conjecture of something that he shouldn't be talking about because there is no knowledge. 2) I have found many inspectors to infer and if it's not factual or they are over stepping without knowledge then it can mean a lawsuit or worse no sale on a home or business and I don't know about you but I don't need that kind of bad karma. Kent is fantastic. 3) Kent stuck to the facts and what you can see and based on his knowledge of what that looks like puts that down on paper. This is how it should work. Also, he explains that if something isn't up to code it may not be the code of the day but explains why it might be a good idea to change something for the future. Again, no conjecture or stating that you are in violation but the facts---Refreshing to find. After all said he also has some really cool gadgets as well. Love the FLIR Infrared imaging camera---a must have gadget. I highly recommend Kent for all your needs.

Kent arrived on time and thoroughly inspected every inch of the house from inside, outside, attic spaces, roof, and then underneath the pier and beam house. He also inspected the well house, septic and leach field, garage and everything else around the property. Kent promptly provided a very detailed report including photos of problem areas so we would know what to expect. He was very professional and helpful with answering our questions without making us feel like dummies for asking them. His inspection took quite some time but he never acted as if he wanted to rush through and instead took his time making sure he missed nothing. We would absolutely use his services again and recommend him to friends/family/anyone who needs a home inspection. The issues he identified for us were absolutely worth the cost of his inspection.

Kent was so punctual that he beat me there! He began the inspection on the outside making note of several key areas I wouldn't have otherwise noted. His demeanor and overall professionalism, made it easy to ask questions. He made time to explain what and why he was looking for certain things. He located a very auspicious leak in between the exterior wall and inside plumbing that I believe only his experience allowed him to find for me. He took the extra time to scale the roof and investigate a water spot that I couldn't figure out. His response to my request was the same day and he had my report professionally compiled and ready within days. That's service. Kent Keith was awesome! I had to change the appointment a couple of times, and he was so understanding and accomodating. He did a great job with the inspection, provided detailed information about the home, and termite inspection. He was professional and friendly. I am in the market to buy another house, and will be calling him again. I would definitely recommend this company.

It went very well. He was busy from the moment he arrived (exactly on time) for several hours. He was professional and friendly. Not many service providers have invited me to follow them around while they work. I am very happy with his services.

They were punctual and professional. However, in the inspection, they missed an important item. On the first day in the house, my renters discovered a leak in the master shower coming from behind the cold water facet handle. This is something I would have expected to be discovered during the inspection, especially since my tenants discovered it the first time they turned on the shower.

Mr. Keith arrived at the house a few minutes before I did & was already getting started when I arrived. I had told him when I initially made the appointment that as a first time home buyer I wanted to follow him like a puppy dog so that I could ask questions as he went, and he was more than happy to accommodate me. Kent let me follow him through the entire inspection and answered the numerous questions I had. I have no doubt that if I had wanted to follow him into the crawl space under the pier & beam house that he would have found a way to do that as well. His inspection appeared to be quite thorough and he showed me several areas I ought to have more thoroughly investigated (such as some questionable wiring, aging vent ducts, etc.). He seems to be knowledgeable and conscientious in his work and was quite pleasant to spend time with. I am very satisfied with the job that Mr. Keith did for me.

He arrived promptly and went straight to work. He started in the house checked the kitchen and the appliances. He then moved to the bedrooms and checked them from top to bottom. He then checked the fireplace and went to the attic. He thoroughly inspected the attic and moved on to the roof. He found a few things I had not noticed before. He then moved on to the foundation and pool. He seemed well versed in the older pool system the house had and advised upgrading various items for safety reasons. He then checked the 2nd garage and huge barn. He also checked the house for insects and took his time answering any random questions we had along the extensive house inspection. I probably missed several things along the way, it took about 3-4 hours overall. Top notch inspection as well as customer service!

We discovered that ants and small field mice were getting into our home. Our pest control company suggested that we have a home inspector come to check our home exterior to look for cracks in foundation/roof where ants and/or small animals could be coming in. When I called the home inspection company, Kent returned my call the same day, scheduled our appointment for Monday which was fine. He called me back the next day and asked if he could move the appointment up to Friday (today) and I was pleased that he could come out sooner. He was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior. After his inspection, he sat down with me and explained all we needed to do and even took pictures of the attic, balcony and roof to show us where the major problems were and what we should have done. I was very impressed with his timely inspection. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
