I called Kent and asked if he could schedule a Saturday New Home Inspection. I had used Kent about six months back to do a new home foundation and drywall inspection, he did an excellent inspection report. Kent is very thorough and he takes his time to explain every deficencies that he finds. He is by far the BEST in his field. I highly recommend Kent to anyone in need of a Home Inspection. The price was very fair and reasonable also. I got the report early Sunday morning. Kent Keith is professional & knowledgeable, and a really good guy.

Kent did his job and was in and out in no time

Kent arrived on time and got started right away. He did a full home inspection plus termite inspection. He did not mind me following him around asking questions and educated me on the problems he was seeing. There were many concerns about the house and advised me to have an electric inspection plus foundation inspection. The report was emailed to us the next day and from that report we decided to back away from the house. He saved us thousands and kept us from buying a bad house. We are still house hunting and will use him again for the next inspection. Thanks Kent!

This was the 2nd time we used Kent's services. We were able to schedule with him in only a matter of days. Even though this was a holiday weekend, he really tried to work a time and date out with us. When Kent had a schedule change, he called us to let us know we could move our time if we wanted. We appreciated how quickly he worked us in. Once again we met with him and did a walk thru on the house where he pointed out various things that would be on the report. We finished up about 6-6:30p on saturday and had the report early sunday (on a holiday weekend). Hopefully, our house search has come to end but if not, we would continue to use Kent as our inspector.

Kent arrived promptly at the time of the scheduled appointment. He was very thorough and took his time explaining the deficencies he found at the property. He also gave information on what corrections needed to be done to fix some of the problems. He had the completed report to me by the next morning. Price of the inspection was very reasonable. I would definately call him again.

We initially contacted Kent through e-mail and then my husband spoke to him on the phone. Kent's pricing was very reasonable but we also went by the conversation that my husband had with him when deciding to choose him. He seemed knowledgeable and genuine. He asked us to meet at the house we were buying. Kent walked us thru the house showing us things that would appear on the report. He answered all our questions and was very complete in his explanations. This was the first time we had walked thru an inspection with the inspector. We got a lot out of it and would definitely want to do it that way again. We finished with Kent about 5:30pm on friday 8/26 and had the report early on sat 8/27. This is so important as there is usually only 10 days to get all the information you need before proceeding (or terminating) with a house. We are now armed with all the info we need to make a sound decision.

We found Kent through Angies List and contacted him over the phone. On the scheduled inspection day he arrived very early. He spent four hours in the house and walked us through all the details. He also gave us suggestions on improving the home's energy efficiency. He was very patient when we asked a lot of silly questions. He was humorous, too. Highly recommended!

Keith did a great job! He arrived on time and was very attentive to completing both inspections. He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. My husband and I felt that he really took his time and was very thorough with his inspections. We will definitely hire him again when we are in need of another home inspection in the future.

Kent was absolutely amazing. Early to our appointment after working us in on his busy schedule. Extremely detailed in his work and walked us through everything we needed to know about our new home. Even when we forgot to get a full termite inspection, kent made a special trip out and knocked it out for us at low cost. I would recommend him to anyone for a home inspection, especially first time home buyers because he is so detailed and makes it easy for us to understand.

This is our first home, and Kent made the inspection a relaxed and pleasant experience. He answered all of our questions, and gave advise of his own. We now feel confident about our first home, and that is priceless (even though the cost of the inspection was really good too)!

Kent was on time and did a thorough home inspection job. He explained the results, answered all of my questions and had no problems double checking when requested. I would definitely use him again.

He did a great job, was very nice and professional and even included some pictures of foundation repairs in the report that was above and beyond the termite inspection he was hired for. I would probably have him perform the home and termite inspection next time for a situation such as this. At the time I chose another inspection company for the home inspection due to more experience with structure and foundations, but Kent turned out to be as knowledgeable as the "more experienced" inspector. I was very happy with his work. He's not as communicative as I wished, but very competent.

Kent is a extremely meticulous individual and very thorough. He did an excellent job on my home inspection and was able catch many things that another home inspector (who did the same property 3 weeks before) completely missed. You will not regret going with Green Tag - this experience alone makes up for my angie's list membership fee.

Kent was punctual and informative. He went over issues involved in a 50's house and pointed out areas of concern. Will definetly call on again.

The home inspection is time consuming as it is, but I believe Kent took the necessary time and thoroughness to give me the full details and report on the property he inspected.
