When managing the listing, she was very thorough, professional and efficient. In fact she negotiated a much higher price than we were asking for. We hit a snag when my ex-wife thought about removing the list, but she was able to navigate a difficult legal terrain and keep everyone on good terms, even when it required a huge time commitment.
Description of Work: She brokered the sale of my residence.
