Don came out and assessed my horrible DIY grout job in my master bath and did NOT judue me at all! I totally expected him to say "why would you even ATTEMPT this?" because frankly it had not only cracks but huge uneven blobs of chaulk. He made a followup appt to get it all together and I was and am so appreciative. His work is not only quick, but very detailed and consistent.
