They did a good job and I plan to use them again next week for more work.

They are efficient, friendly and clean. The overall experience, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent.

It was the most positive experience that I have ever had. I would definitely recommend them.

I find them to be pleasant; they came out and quieted the machine one time very quickly, so they were very responsive. They are kind, efficient and relatively inexpensive. I will use them again in the future.

I feel like they are fair and honest. I've never felt that they've tried to sell me something I didn't need. I feel very comfortable working with them.

I spent $600 or $700 on that work. They always do an excellent job. They are very efficient, do it as fast as they can and they clean up well. I cannot tell that they have been there. Their work is up to code and up to standard. I am sure I can find people who are cheaper but I don't think I could trust them.

They were fast, only thing is the unit came with a hat and sunglasses as a promo, they installers kept it, weird but not a big deal. Only that I paid $2400 for the hat and sunglasses.

I also submitted this report under the "Hightower Service, Inc" name because that is the way they are listed on their letter head and business cards. Comments briefly described here as: Joe Terrell who was very attentive to what I thought I needed. Joe answered all of my questions in a way that I was able to understand and clarified what I did and did not need to bring the house up to code requirements currently in place for new construction ... and ... to provide me with peace of mind re: my personal and appliance electrical safety status. .... and lt;snipand gt; .... The Hightower bid was perfect for my budget and a better over-all plan than the other quotes I had been given. .... and lt;snipand gt; .... I am "Very Satisfied !" with Hightower and I trust them completely. Their advice prevented me from excessively spending money on an over-kill solution that had been suggested by another firm. I have recommended Hightower to my family and friends for years re: their heat and a/c service ... now ... I will do the same re: their electrical business. I gathered quotes from several independant electrical contractors and a large electrical installation/service company. I contacted Hightower last. Hightower installed my heat and a/c (heat pump) system several years ago. When I called to schedule my appointment re: my semi-annual contracted heat pump maintenance service I also spoke with Joe Terrell who was very attentive to what I thought I needed for my 1984 built home. I already had a surge protector on my electrical panel in the garage (master switch box) but it did not include protection of the Internet/TV cables ... also ... the house was using an outdated cold water grounding method ... and I wanted to have safety lighting installed in the back yard. Joe answered all of my questions in a way that I was able to understand and clarified what I did and did not need to bring the house up to code requirements currently in place for new construction ... and ... to provide me with peace of mind re: my personal and appliance electrical safety status. He gave me a tenative verbal quote subject to change based on a physical inspection. Wednesday Jeremiah and Treavor arrived for the inspection and gave me a written bid that included modifications in accordance with their inspection but that did not exceed Joe's verbal tenative quote. They too answered my questions clearly and explained what they recommended (preventing me from doing more than I needed ... and ... including a new technical device that is able to enhance protection for the outside unit of the heat pump system) . The Hightower bid was perfect for my budget and a better over-all plan than the other quotes I had been given. I asked if the work could be accomplished before the approaching series of storms arrived in a couple of days. They made arrangements for the work to be done the next day. They called before arriving ... gave me time to get pets up out of their way ... steadily worked until the job was completed (two men for almost 3 hours) ... cleaned up everything ... charged me exactly what they had bid ... and ... at my request ... left me the empty containers re: all materials used so that I could 1) read the manufacturer's warranty info, 2) know exactly what had been installed and 3) know which replacement bulbs I should use in the future. The next evening the first of the series of storms came through and I weathered it with full confidence that my home was as safe as can be expected from potential electrical risks. My air conditioner had broken down two years ago in the middle of summer and it was 118 degrees in my house. The service provider with whom I had a contract then did not do the job and I called Hightower Service. They were out here almost immediately and they were willing to bring fans and anything to cool my house. They were out here again the next day, and it was obviously going to be a costly repair, but they did give me options. They gave me the options of repairing the unit or the options of replacing it, and they gave me the pros and cons on both. I opted to replace the unit and they did so. I have had no trouble with it. They stayed beyond hours to fix it and cleaned up nicely. I cannot say enough good things about the company. I bought the service contract with them and they are not pushy. They offer things to me but they don't push them. My unit is a combined heating and air conditioning system and it works wonderfully. It is a real energy saver and they explained how it worked to me. They offered financing as well. I love it and think that it is great. They are good and I have recommended them to many people.

I called them at 8AM and they were able to schedule me the same morning. They arrived on time and did the work professionally and quickly.

The two men, a master electrician plus apprentice, were well dressed, professional and very knowledgeable.

They came within 90 minutes and fixed the problem in 10. Apparently, a past electrician (not this company) had wired a GFI receptacle wrong so that when it tripped, it took out the entire circuit (lights, plugs, etc). They saw the problem immediately and rewired the GFI plug. $100 was a fair price for what they knew and did. I suppose it's the principle in the Henry Ford story - $10 to rewire the receptacle, $90 to find the problem and know what to change. The technicians were polite, fast, and explained what they were doing very well. Very positive.

We see them twice a year for routine checks. Anything irregular is usually taken care of at that time. So far, we feel that more serious issues have been avoided by their diligence in maintaing our heating and air conditioning systems. We have three systems in our home.

They gave me an estimate which they met. They came out and installed the unit and taught me what I needed to know abouut its operation. When I had questions, they answered whenever I called. The system has worked well and I am very satisfied and will have my service contract with them.

Estimate completed same day as call. Seemed okay since I was told the work would take 6 to 8 hours. Actual time worked was only 4 hours but cost remained same. Left gate and house door open which caused dogs to be able to get out. Fortunately they do not go far.

I was waiting for 2 weeks for a home warranty company to fix my a/c but called Hightower because I could not stand the heat any longer. They responded very quickly and told me all my options. No hard sell, just the facts of what were available and what my choices were. I decided on a new unit due to the age of my old one. They installed the unit, did a great job cleaning up, were very pleasant even though I know the attic was extremely hot, and followed up afterwards, making sure I knew how to use what I purchased. I will continue to call on them and will maintain a service contract with them due to the high quality of the service they deliver.

They called before arrival - gave me time to get my pets settled. Arrived on time, professional appearance and behavior. Worked steadily until job completed. Cleaned up everything and hauled off all the old duct work.

The service could not have been better. Joe ran the whole job and kept me informed every step of the way. I was extremely pleased with his work. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the employees that worked on my house.

He was on time, and he was very professional. I was very satisfied with their service. The initial response time was also good. There were no problems at all.

When they make an appointment they call before the come. I would them to anybody. They are very good. They are family owned business. They are very expensive, but it is worth it.
