Description of Work: Hightower replaced entire ac/heat system. Tore out all old duct work and replaced with regular & microbial insulation, drip pan, WiFi operable keypad & phone app for remote temp control. I highly recommend this family owned business and have had them always service our ac/heating units. Jeff West is my main guy over at Hightower & they take all a customer's worries away with their years in the business. Feel like family when they come to your house. They even provided me a portable unit while they were replacing our equipment. Honest as the day is long.

Description of Work: Our capacitor on our home A/C unit went out. My wife look on Angies List and selected Hightower Sevices. I made a call and the person I spoke with said they could have some one out in about 45 min. The tech Rick showed up on time. We were really impressed. Rick took no time to diagnose the problem. He changed out the capicitor very prompt, Rick gave me some suggestions on how i could do some cleaning on my A/C unit. He said my Trane unit was in good shape for being 11 yrs old. I would recommend Hightower Sevices for sure. Very professional. I will use them again.
