 + -1 moreHexter Fair handled the closing when we purchased a house. To start off, they were late. There were several couples and realtors waiting outside their door when the receptionist strolled up to work late. Once inside, we still had to wait on the person who handled our paperwork. That person somewhat saved them with her professionalism. After we left, it got worse. They were supposed to contact my realtor after the sellers had signed and the money had been sent by the mortgage company so that I could get the keys. They did not. My realtor contacted them a couple of times and was told that they would send her an email when it was ready. We had to call back again close to the end of the day to see what the problem was. The receptionist told my realtor that everything was sitting at her desk and she had forgotten to send the email. Based on her careless attitude, if I had not asked my realtor to call them again, I guess she would have just left our stuff at her desk and went home.

 + -1 moreJackie did a great job handling closing. I used Alamo Title before and was really bad with billing for things they said realtor ordered? Just a walk across the parking lot for great service! Jackie did a great job when we needed to move up signing and took care of adjusting to our schedules. Save money and time with Hexter Fair! If you do go the Alamo Title hang on to your wallet.
