Heart at Work Fitness

We've know Fred, since 2009 when we met him at Arlington Memorial Cardiac rehab, after my husband John's heart stent surgery.We have been using the hospital gym however it is not close to home.We heard through the grapevine that Fred had opened the Heart at work fitness center. We stopped by and were so impressed with the set up he has that we are now new members there since 12/6/12. Everything is new, center is clean and neat, including the rest rooms. He has a wide variety of equipment. You feel comfortable the minute you go into the door ,there is a coffee corner with tables to visit with new Friends. My husband and I are both 70 so the closeness, Fred's professionalism,knowledge and friendliness make you want to come back and stick with the program so to speak.

It went great. Fred is great!~ He showed me arround and is going to be a great help in me getting into better shape. I am very pleased.

We are extremely impressed by this new gym. Its geared toward seniors although it's for anyone. There is an area to visit with friends and the coffee pot is on. All the equipment is new. This gym is much closer then going to the hospital's gym. The fee is reasonable and there is no contract to sign.
