Great to work with! Would definitely recommend. I was on a specific budget and timeline and they met all requirements. End product was beautiful and quality installation.

Sue and Thom were very friendly and helpful throughout this painful process when Lowe's and then my original contractor left me high and dry. They helped to put me in touch with the quartz manufacturer to make the proper selections and were able to fit me into their schedule at the last minute for installation which helped to alleviate the stress of losing the counter top vendor for my kitchen. Then when my contractor walked out on the job, they were able to work with me to install the back splash that I selected in a timely fashion.

The new granite kitchen counters and backsplash look beautiful! Thom was very informative, promptly, professional, and responsive. He came to my house to give me an estimate and take measurements and was able to meet me at the granite warehouse the next day. I got lost on the way there, but he patiently waited for me and helped me pick out the granite. Even though I was on a tight schedule, he did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. Sue (who did the scheduling) was also very communicative and helpful. The installation went quicker than expected and they were able to finish countertop installation and backsplash tiling in one day (instead of the 2). I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Very professional!

I would highly recommend Hard Rock Granite! Sue & Thom were so knowledgeable about the process, came to my home to quote everything out in the evening to accompany my work schedule. Thom has a detailed file that lays the entire process out for you & can give you real time quotes for any changes needed. The entire 2 month process was a delight working with them and wouldn't go to anyone else for countertop needs!

Larry arrived on time to take a look at the project and provided an estimate. He scheduled the project and had it done start to finish within 18 days. The install crew was on time and professional. They cleaned and sealed the countertop prior to leaving and vacuumed around the area. I am very pleased with their work.

Thom and his wife Sue, as others have reported, are THE BEST...I have dealt with some not so great contractors through the years and it was a joy and delight to discover this company and all it's great employees. if you are doing any type of tile, granite etc project in your kitchen, flooring, bathroom..you need to give them a call.

As good as we could have hoped. Great communication from everyone, and the work was fantastic. They were communicative, gave us a detailed estimate that they kept to, and performed great work. Our counters required one seam and they did a fantastic job of that - it's hard to see where it is even when you know where it is. Additionally, the tile work on our backsplash was A+. Potential buyers loved the new counters (we did too! It made us want to stay) and I'm sure the work they did went a long way to getting us a good offer on the house. We hopefully won't need to do new counters any time soon but if we do, we'll definitely go with this company again.

Learned about Hard Rock through the positive Angie's List reviews and the AL discount was a nice perk as well. It was a great experience to work with Thom, Sue and everyone involved at Hard Rock. I had several people bid out the work and Thom was the clear choice. He was transparent, thorough and gave great advice. He came to my house to measure and then gave me a printout of the costs on the spot. Sue kept me informed every step of the way. Picking out countertops is never easy - so many choices. However Thom was patient and helped to come up with a solution to keep the countertops within my budget (using a nice remnant in the smaller laundry room rather than buying two slabs with a lot of overage). I had one issue with the seam in the kitchen, so I sent pics to Thom and he had the crew come back immediately to address my concerns. Francisco and his crew were good as well. Very happy with Hard Rock's service and hope to work with Thom again.

The Hard Rock team is excellent, knowledgeable and professional. They are prompt, thorough and detail-oriented, while being conscious of the client's budget. Josh was great with helping me source the materials and he's also great with design. The workplace was left clean and neat. I am a repeat customer, they installed my kitchen and secondary bath counters a couple of years ago. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Hard Rock Granite and Tile did a great job through the whole process. From design to installation. Every step of the way items and procedures were explained and Larry came by to check on the work and was there to help us pick out the countertop material. The installers showed up on time and completed the work efficiently and with great results.

I must say they came in and measured and gave me the exact cost on the spot. They were on time and worked so well and everything is just the way I wanted. No mess, because they cleaned as they worked. I will be calling on them again for more work in my house.

Every aspect of the job from start to finish was done correctly, on time and with the utmost professionalism. We had an original contractor who completely dropped the ball and Hard Rock stepped in and simply made it happen. The entire experience was fantastic. Even when obstacles sprang up, which they always do during projects, Hard Rock found a way to resolve any issue and fix any problem. However great they were to work with the finished product was even better. The countertops are simply fantastic. We have had several contractors who have asked for their information to use them going forward. Thom and Sue and all of the folks at Hard Rock Granite and Tile are simply put the best in the business.

Beautifully. The selection process was unpressured. They were very helpful in explaining lots of details about the pros and cons of different types of stone. Our project contractor was so impressed with what we chose, he's going to use the same stone in his own home.

The process and project went very well. This is a great company to work with and I would recommend them highly. Picking out granite takes time and they worked with us to pick out the best for our project. They where even willing to take out our old "entry level" granite, re-fabricate it and place in our game room. We are thrilled with the new look!
