GUARDIAN MORTGAGE

I had good luck with Guardian mortgage on a previous home, but they have messed m,e up very badly on my current one I'm trying to get. I had 2 brokers pre-qualify me at a certain amount, then was told once i gave them a deposit that the under-writers rejected my and they were 80k below what I was pre-qualified for... So be careful with their pre-qualification letters. And be Careful with working with Abby Crain. It seemed like she did have a clue and she messed me up the most. She might be a newie. it sure seemed that way..

We had an initial meeting with David Stout this morning to discuss our mortgage options. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. We will be using him when we sell our home.

A real estate agent recommended them. They were pretty much what I expected from a mortgage company. They got the job done.

They are the best mortgage company I have used. They are very honest and their prices are fair. They don’t charge junk fees and they have the most competitive rates you can find. They don’t mislead their customers or switch tactics. It is an extremely well run company. They don’t send you to other lenders and take care of your loan completely on their won. They are very good. They have been in business since 1960’s.

Excellent. David, our loan officer has been in the business for a long time and it shows. He is very professional, patient and clearly layout all the various loan options and explains the pros and cons of each. The rest of the company appears to be just as good. The entire process was very easy from start to finish.
