I had good service the first couple of weeks. However,: I have stopped using Grass Busters after several weeks. Originally, the prices quoted were very fair and the work was done on the day promised. However, with each passing week, the services have not been performed on the dates promised (consistently late) and the service has been mediocre for the price. I care about 2 things in a weekly lawn service: (1) they show up when they say they will, and (2) they do ALL the services they promise. These guys started off really great, but progressively got worse and no-showed on several occasions, didn't return phone calls, and when I finally let them go, then boy they were prompt in calling me back. My impression is they squeeze new customers in at the expense of existing customers. I'd rather have them be honest about the day they will be able to do the work, even if it's later than you want and put existing customers ahead of new ones. Not showing up as promised (without a weather excuse, etc) is just not okay with me. I've now had time to see the quality of work they performed and consider it just average. The crew clearly does not know how to apply mulch or dig flower beds, as I had to spend hours correcting the errors to make sure my plants lived and weren't invaded by weeds. Nothing special here. Just an average crew of less than average knowledge of anything but basic grass cutting. Stick to lawn maintenance, not landscaping. Their name is accurate. This is a grass-cutting service, not a landscaping company.

Responded to my call for an estimate the same day. Asked detailed questions about plants to keep or go away in my flower bed (I asked them to weed it & clean it up); Very personable, professional, detailed, & offered written quotes on various future lawn services I asked about. The crew showed up on time, did exactly what was requested (good communication) without even ringing my doorbell, and they were efficient and professional as well. I couldn't get any other company to respond to my requests for estimates in a reasonable time or manner. I called Grass Busters from a flier they left for us, and I can't believe my good luck. They did a great job.
