The contractor always stayed in contact with us, providing confirmations and clear expectations. The painters did a great job, the exterior colors match perfectly and look wonderful. The interior colors were difficult, due to the existing colors. The contractor had to add additional coats of paint to cover up the color, which they did at no additional cost and always had a pleasant attitude throughout the entire project. The owner of the franchise came by daily to check on the progress and provided us with updated time frames and expectations.

It went great! They were very professional and it went very smoothly. The workers were friendly and the main guy that I worked with was very nice and knowledgeable.

The owner/estimator was friendly as was the crew. However, she greatly underestimated the project. She quoted me a day and a half. The project was supposed to start on a Monday morning at nine. She called me around 8:30 or so and asked if she could start the next day and she thought the painters would be able to finish in one day, so I agreed. The 2 man crew arrived on time and immediately knew that they were not going to have enough paint because of the existing condition of the walls (new construction). So they left to go get more paint which caused more of a delay. There was also a mix up in one of the colors I chose and Kim worked hard to get the right color. Fast forward to 11pm that night and Kim was desperately trying to get the crew to finish the project and I finally had to ask them to leave. Kim stayed to try to help them but in doing so she attempted to do some touch ups but it looks very sloppy and the crew never had time to go back and fix it. Wednesday, the crew worked hard all day on project. Finally by late Thursday afternoon, Kim comes to check on their progress and has the crew leave to go to another project leaving my home unfinished. They did a nice job overall of cleaning up but there are 3 areas of my brand new hard wood floors that have paint stains on them that I have been unable to clean up :( I will say that the work the painters did looks very nice, but now I have a couple of things that I have to go back and finish myself including an entire window sill and touch ups in the living room. Overall, I would not use this company again nor would I refer them. I understand that an estimate is just that and I can see when 1/2 a day or so might need to be added to a small project, but 1 1/2 days turned into 3 long days is unacceptable.

Very pleased with the result. Company was responsive, professional. Painter & repair was performed by Mario & he was excellent. I will use this company in the future.

They were great! The whole process was very easy.
