After Terminex telling me that I had termites and needed over $3000 in treatments, I called Finley. They inspected the entire house and found no evidence of termites and told me that honestly I didn't need a treatment at all. I will definitely use again because I can trust them.

They were excellent. They are very good. I would recommend them. I haven't seen lot of dead bugs after treatment, but I haven't had any bugs that I could see. It was a very good experience. She kept just talking to me you know she didn't charge me for anything. She called me back to tell me what to do about those moths. They are very responsive and punctual. I would use them again.

Issue is now resolved after 2nd visit. Punctual and professional service. Slightly on the pricier side, but overall pleasant experience

WE HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST TO TREAT FOR TERMITES, NOW WE USE THEM EVERY YEAR WHEN WE HAVE A PEST PROBLEM AND TO CHECK FOR TERMITE ACTIVITY EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT WE ACTUALLY NEED TREATMENT AT THE TIME.
