He works for the city of Fort Worth, but runs this as a side business. He does all the fire departments and police departments and courthouses' heating and air conditioning work. He started his own business a few years ago, but he has a lot of experience and doesn't charge a lot of money. He charges 65 dollars for a call, and then any extra for parts. He's never charged us over 100 dollars. He told us we could call him any time, day or night, and we do!
Description of Work: He comes out every year for summer and winter HVAC maintenance work. He helps change out our ultraviolent filter, which is special to take care of dander and pollen. He is very up to date with his license and does current work. We have a top of the line Lennox 19 Seer unit, with lots of circuit boards on it inside and out. It can alternate between three and five tons of heat pump depending on the needs. Tim knows how to diagnose any problems at all with this complicated unit and fix them quickly and efficiently.
