Had a forceful, loud running water sound in my bathroom. Called Ernie's Plumbing after 10 a.m.. The young lady I spoke to was kind, courteous and professional. Plumber Sam was at my house a bit after NOON even though this was my first call for any service. Sam is very professional, thorough and meticulous. Sam explained the possible options in easy to understand language with the reasoning for each and the potential outcomes. I will definitely use and recommend Ernie's and Sam for any plumbing issues.

They were fabulous. They did a great job.

The plumber found "Quest" polybutylene pipe as main feed line. It was also smaller than current code allows for. I agreed to habve it all replaced. He dug up the feed line and found 3 leaks, not just the one we knew about. He replaced all the Quest with 1" Pex and after city inspector oked the install covered the work back up.

Martin from Ernie's plumbing came to my house and was able to effectively communicate my options or repairing/replacing my water heater. They were able to get everything switched out and replaced within 24 hours. Very professional, efficient and tidy. I would hire again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent work. Came by to give a quote, but it turned out to be not too difficult and the technician fixed it within two hours. 1/3 the cost of the first quote I got.

I had a 22 year old Delta tub/shower faucet that had been leaking and I could not get the bonnet nut to come off to replace cartridge. I ended up torquing too much and caused a small leak in the valve body in the wall that couldn't be sealed. I was a little apprehensive seeing the negative reviews but since they offered a free service call/estimate with no obligation I gave them a call. They came out and confirmed the bad news. The estimate came to $787.50 with senior discount which included going in through the bedroom wall to cut out and replace valve body and install a new Delta tub/shower faucet. I had priced the parts at Home Depot and it was over $200. Travel time to get parts and faucet and labor was a little over 3 hours. I felt the total price for labor and parts was reasonable so I accepted. Bryan was the plumber they sent and he did a pro job ( I did have to patch the drywall afterwards but Bryan did a good job of keeping that to a minimum). Now we have a nice new chrome Delta faucet instead of that old worn gold plated one. I would hire again and I would ask for Bryan. He was a lifesaver. Going out to turn water on/off at street was getting old.

Carl #604 was fantastic. He was polite and informative throughout the process. The overflow problem was showing in the garage but was cleared in another area. Carl stuck with it until the problem was resolved. I am pleased with the results and will definitely use Ernie’s if needed in the future.

Its still making a noise. He didnt put energy in it. It was a $2 job and he charged me way to much. Was here for 5 mins.

Guys were on time and put in water heater. I appreciate that he educated me on water heaters. Informed me that tankless was not best for my home. Show me and installed a device that will get hot water to sinks faster. Would definitely use these guys again. Have already recommended to friends.

They sent Neal to my house in short time and he did a very careful job and stayed around to make sure leak was not coming back. Very professional and offered multiple options with no upselling.

Plumber was very knowledgeable, and provided me with great detail of each step. There was a missed issue but they returned the very next morning and got everything fixed. Extremely happy with their work and professionalism of the plumber.
