Description of Work: Called on Tuesday, October 4th around 5:00 p.m. and was politely greeted. I was able to confirm an appointment for the following day, Wednesday, October 5th. They advised they would call an hour before to confirm their arrival time. Not only were they on time, but actually early (yes - I know early). Jason H. was our plumber - again arrived a few minutes early, which was great - with booties on his shoes - he was friendly and polite and advised him what our problem was. Had multiple issues with the kitchen sink in the past - he said he would get right to it. Within five minutes he confirmed the problem and stated he would verify he had the right parts with him. He came in advised he had the part and gave me a great price for the part and installation. We have had three different plumbers fix the various problems with this sink and he was by a mile the most friendly plumber and most reasonably priced. He quickly performed the repair, confirmed we had no additional leaks and actually took a few seconds to explain what he had done. Excellent overall experience - highly recommend Ernie's and Jason in particular. Thanks again...

Description of Work: In Feb one of the plumbers from Ernie's came out and replaced a leaky outside faucet. the faucet's leaking progressively got worse, I was unable to address the problem due to unforeseen family illness. Ernie' s scheduled a plumber to come out to house on Tuesday afternoon however he did not make it. Another plumber was scheduled for today 08/19/2011 in the am, plumber was an hour + late but he replaced the faucet quickly and so far, not leaking. I also got an estimate on additional work involving a remodel of bathroom.

Description of Work: Ernie's Plumbing replaced and insulated an outdoor faucet that was leaking badly. They came the same day that I called, were prompt, courteous, and friendly. I could not ask for better service. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We found that the septic system was so bad that the city would no longer allow it to be fixed, only to be replaced and hooked up to the city lines. The estimate was $2700. the bill came to over $7000. Part of the problem was the city, they didn't know where the pipe to be hook into was. Then the men from Ernie's began to dig the entire fron line of my yard. I requested that they continue to as the city to locate the line, Ernie's was sure they could find it. Before it was over I had 2 ft wide, by 8 to 15 ft deep trenches across my yard for 100 feet and the whole of the front line had been dug up and slopply filled in. The mess was horrid. One of my dogs (A blind Chow). fell into a trench and we were both soaked to the skin at 11 pm at night in the mud. When the line was finally located by the city of Arlington, the lines were put in in about a week. Ernie's team left my yard looking like a battle field, with trenches sloppily filled in and chain link fences thar will never be of any use again. Then to top it off I had another plumbing company come out and they ran a camera through the lines Ernies Plumbing had laid down and they were not staight and had many places that went up and down that the system needed to be replaced so the the line no longer had standing waste in it. When I complained to The Owner Ernie regarding the mess made of my landscaping and fence, he told me that he didn't work on landscaping and fencing. To this day I am still surprised that how someone that callus can still be in business.
