Our problem was fixed quickly and professionally. We always call Ernie’s and they have never let us down!

They sent Neal to my house in short time and he did a very careful job and stayed around to make sure leak was not coming back. Very professional and offered multiple options with no upselling.

Plumber was very knowledgeable, and provided me with great detail of each step. There was a missed issue but they returned the very next morning and got everything fixed. Extremely happy with their work and professionalism of the plumber.

The process went as smoothly and efficiently as one could hope for. After reading many reviews, I called them and they quickly answered. Matt came that same day and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes - a slab leak. He was very polite, friendly and explained in detail the issue and the options we had available to fix it. Once we decided, we were able to book Matt the next day on the job. He came right on time, and besides some small surprises the original homeowners did to the plumbing, Matt completed the task efficiently and cleanly as possible. I would not hesitate calling Ernie's again and will definitely request Matt as my go-to tech.

Very pleased with service. I've had issues with keeping the toilet sealed and tight. Repair to tighten was very straightforward but it was also explained to me if issues occur, what options may be required with pricing. I am overall satisfied and the serviceperson Carl is a great guy. Would recommend and consider if the need arises for service.

There was no leak found after thorough check. Technician told us what to look for but , sure enough, no leak.

Excellent service, since the first contact with the dispatcher, they were able to set an appointment for the same day, this was after I contacted another company that only could accommodate me 4 days later for an estimate visit, Mr. Craig Miller, arrived around 10 minutes of the appointment, came in gave all the information upfront of all that I should expect and how much I had to pay. Gave me suggestions, was not pushy at all, set another appointment for the next day to make the assestment because I had an idea where was the water coming from by it was vital to determine the exact location, without tearing apart the whole house, lol. He came in time the next day and gave me an appointment for the next business day to have the job done. It was a lenghty process but he was prepare for every detail and issue faced. As you can see, I couldn't be any happier nor thankful with the service received, is guaranteed and they are insured, licensed, respectful of your time and home, an excellent company, I can tell you, for the interaction that I have with those employees. Thank you, Angie's List for making this process as easier as possible, I didn't know where to start since due to the complexity of the issue everyone that was recommended by friends declined the job. I felt hopeless but you rescued me!

It was good. Show up an emergency situation

I have used Ernies in the past and was always pleased. On this occasion, I called on Fri and scheduled for the next day, Sat. Although they would not quote a price over the phone, there was no charge for a plumber to come and give the price when he got here, even if I chose not to proceed with the work. So far, so good; but when the plumber arrived, he said the job was too difficult for him! Although he was an older man, he said he had never installed a hot water dispenser before! Even after reading the instructions for 20 minutes, he still said he could not do it. Could he just hook up the sink, regular faucet and disposal? Nope. Could he remove the escutcheon around a bathroom faucet? Again, no; this time he said his eyesight was not good enough! Wow! Doubt I will ever call Ernie's again.

Setting up appointment was easy and they were there the next day. Sam and Cameron, who were perfect gentlemen, were there on time for my estimate as well as the following day to do the work. They had replaced all the valves that needed replacing. They also installed a water pressure regulator next to my new house shut off valve and also installed an expansion tank on my water heater. They cleaned up and were on their way in less than 5 hours. Overall, I am quite pleased with the whole experience.

They put the pipes in the wrong place, but they are reimbursing us for the mistake. We are pleased with them making it right.

Took a long time but Brian did a good job. Ernie’s was very prompt to respond and the work was done the next day after I texted Angie’s List. We thought it was a bit pricey for the simplicity of the problem but we’re thrilled it is repaired.

Kept calling to do the job then refused to do the job.

Fix a hot water line leak & replace the hot water heater

It went fine. He worked quickly and was very professional. However the price he quoted was very high he was willing to lower the price some for us.

It was a great experience, I accidentally sent him the wrong address so he was driving around looking for my house for almost 20 minutes. Instead of having a bad attitude when he arrived, he was very pleasant and did not have any complaints. He came in we spoke about what I wanted then he looked at the project gave me quote and proceeded to install the new faucet.

The technician arrived on time, did exactly what needed to be done to fix the water heater, was educational, and thorough.

Problem was remedied and I’m back in business.

All went well and in a very timely manner. Very professional work done.

I called in the morning and Ernie's was out in a couple of hours. It was not an emergency call. Carl was the plumber who did the work and he was fantastic. He replaced both the front yard water bib and the back yard freeze proof anti siphon faucet. Carl was professional, courteous, and the work was done in about 2 hours (he had to get a part). This is the third time that I have had Ernie's out for various repairs. 1st was to snake the drain pipe, 2nd was to replace a water heater. I would recommend them.

I have used them for years and they are super nice. I would highly recommend them and I will hire them again.
