I had gotten the toilet unclogged when Tom arrived. He was very helpful in looking over the mechanical functions of the toilet and made a few suggestions. He did not charge for his time. I will definitely use Ernie's again and tell all my friends about them.

It was done quickly and correctly. Very pleased with the service and outcome.

The Ernie's technician, Martin, showed up on time. I had already removed the old toilet and he gave a quote prior to starting work. The new toilet was installed without issues and is functioning perfectly.

No hot water + a full house for Thanksgiving = nothing good! The gas control valve decided this was a good time to stop working, and that just added to holiday stress. I was able to get a new gas control valve since the old one was still under warranty, but I needed someone to install it asap. Based on their reviews, I decided to give Ernie's Plumbing a call. Michael #410 arrived without charging me a trip/service/holiday fee, and quickly installed the replacement part. Thank you Ernie's Plumbing, and thank you Michael #410!

Okay. At first,The plumber told me he would have to chase a part. I told him I wanted him to stay on task and I would go pick up the part. He checked his service vehicle andfound a part.

Plumber did not approve amount to be billed with me (owner) before doing the work. He did call me to get approval to diagnose, but then proceeded to negotiate with my tenant rather than me. After finishing the work, he calls me to get paid a large, unapproved amount. My tenant indicated that the plumber should call me to get approval, but this did not happen prior to work. I only paid what was acceptable for the work I would approve. It turned out to be only a third of what they charged. They accepted the money but said they would not service me again. I think this very unprofessional, as it was their failure to consult with my for (1) the repairs to be done and (2) the cost of the repairs. They apologized for this failure but then wrote me down as a customer they would not serve again. This is the reason for my low mark.

They were excellent. They gave me an honest estimate when I had 2 other people come out and they were trying to get more money out of me. I recommend them to anybody. When I moved in to my other place, they came out and fixed the problem that another plumber didn't take care. They promptly worked for me and they were honest, and that's hard to find. Every guy that has come out to assist us went above and beyond. They made sure that the problem was resolved.

Once again I had Josh do the work for me and as before he was very professional in both his conduct and his work. It is actually refreshing to see this in today's environment. He took apart my old sink and refitted a brand new one with new faucets and fixtures. Everything went very well and I would highly recommend his and Ernie's for anyone needing plumbing work. This is my third job over the last few years with them and all have gone very well.

The customer service was exceptional from the beginning. An appointment was scheduled for the day after I called. The plumber was on time and very efficient. He took a lot of time to explain what he would do and how much it would cost. After assessing the issue (leaking valves, threads and need for a shut off valve), he drew me a diagram of all the issues. After approving the work, he got started immediately. Once the pipes were all exposed, he showed me where all the problems were as well. He stayed past company close to finish up and get our water turned back on. The plumber was full of cost savings tips, very thorough about his companies policies, offered some "insurance" and very clearly went through the bill. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service and the work done.

I was hoping they would fix the problem but it got worse. I called them back to fix it again because it has ruined the ceiling. He said that he will not be able to fix the ceiling after he tries to fix the leak again. It was an awful experience, and I paid them $250 for them to come out and make the problem worse, as well as ruin my tub.

Josh was very professional and prompt. While I did not expect to have to do near the work that ended up being done, he obviously took pride in all he did. He explained everything in great detail, removed the concrete that was needed, reworked the plumbing, refinished the new concrete, replaced the flange and other needed items, reinstalled the toilet, and caulked the area needed. It took a couple days but he let me know what was going on at each stage and when he would be there. I was very impressed with his work and have already hired him for another job.

It went well and we have been pleased with the results. We would definitely use them again and ask for Fred!

After paying for job, saw same disposal offered at half the price by you. Rest of job was very good. Since this provider is so expensive, will not use again.

Their service men are always professional. The first person that came out was very professional, very helpful, very nice. I didn't have as much contact with the other two. They came to me quickly, they're one of the only places that we could get on a short notice.

The plumbing work was ok, the repair man has this holier than thou personality and made the experience less than desirable. Our biggest issue at this point is dealing with their office. We need an invoice with their master plumbers license number on it for our home warranty and they cant seem to get that to us. We have called 3 times and have spoken with Alejandra and we keep getting the run around. We paid the bill on the spot to the plumber without hesitation, you woukd think they coukd get us a sinplw receipt. They are very unprofessional in the office.

Ernie's Plumbing were very courteous on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment and were able to send someone out that day. Fred and Quinton arrived promptly. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to find and repair the leak, and even took time to write up the invoice using verbiage which perfectly described the issue - allowing me to submit it to the City Water department to officially request a refund on the excess water consumption caused by the leak. I felt the price was fair considering all the work involved. I would definitely use the Ernie's Plumbing again and would also request Fred and Quinton to work on the next job/repair.

The plummer who showed up looked over the situation and then proceeded to say that he would only install a certain type of push type popup drain that costs $200.00 each. I thanked him and sent him on his way. I will never call Ernie's again. The most expensive drain I could find on the internet was $171.00 and it was 18K GOLD!!! They obviously did not want to do the work and quoted this outrageous price so they could just leave.

The plumber did a good job and cleared the blockage, even ran the snake twice to make sure the drain was clean all the way to the main. I thought the price was a bit high for the amount of time involved, but I am satisfied and will use this plumbing service again should the need arise.

Excellent! Service tech arrived early within the promised time window. Located the problem, cleared the line, performed a video inspection to verify that cause of the problem was a root ball near the city connection point.

They were okay. The guy came in and told me that the fixtures are pretty old and he installed new ones but they broke within a day. The person who came was a master plumber and he struggled to get it done and that's why I signed up with the service which he did. I would recommend that they have reasonable rates and that they do other things. If they had been willing to fix the tile work I would have given them the work of fixing the bathroom. But for them coming and telling me that they would break the wall and get to replace the plumbing and then leave it as it is that's just not reasonable. With the things that the had to do that was fine.

I bought the new faucet. The under-sink area was cleared out and well-lit for the serviceman. The service took 20 minutes. I WAS CHARGED $300 DOLLARS FOR THIS....I felt ripped off!

The plumbers used by this company have always been professional and reliable. I recently had several issues/upgrades and they sent Craig. Craig needed to order unique parts for my project. He stayed on top of the order and returned to fix everything. His work (and the other work done by Ernie's plumbers) was done in a timely, efficient, and reasonably-priced manner. Their trustworthy service is appreciated.
