They are good, but a little pricey. They were right on time and we had no issues with them. The faucets were working good once they left. They were professional and efficient. The tech had all his tools with him and did not have to make a lot of trips to the truck.

I called Ernie's plumbing last night because of a clogged drain on what I thought was from my A/C unit. Brian came out and within minutes determined that it was caused from the drain under my bathroom sink. He fixed it quickly and replaced a valve on a leaky toilet. $340 was a bit expensive. But I was super impressed with how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. This would be impressive in itself. But to get this done on Memorial Day, and be back to relaxing by 10:30am was awesome!!

The plumber quickly found the problem. It was the reset button. He did not charge me for the call. However, I asked if he could drain the water heater and clean the filter while he was there and he did. Very courteous and helpful. I have used Ernie's Plumbing twice now and I have never received better service in my life. I will be recommending Ernie's to everyone.

Called first thing in the morning on a Monday, and received service around 1:30. Josh was very professional in explaining exactly what potential costs we might be looking at upfront. Once service was agreed to, the job was complete within the hour. After clearing the drain through the cleanout valve, Josh ran the camera down the line and showed me the clear pipes. Everything was put back as it was (even remembered to shut my gate when leaving), and the price was reasonable for the work performed. We will certainly use Ernie's again in the future.

The work is done right this time. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of Joey and the willingness of Ernie's Plumbing to stand behind their work. We will continue to use them in the future.

It was okay. They were supposed to come out on Friday late afternoon, but the plumber got tied up on the previous call; I understand that, it's tough to know just how long a job will last. They rescheduled me for Monday morning, but apparently first thing Monday morning is 9:15 and not 8. Plumber had to run to Home Depot (just down the street) for the part and then about 5 minutes to change it out. So it was $242 for an $18.50 part and 5 minutes of work. The guy did a good job and was nice, but the price was high for what the job was. I may use them again, but I'd probably look around first.

The issue is not with the work, and we requested that the technician replace the valve as well as the supply line, which was done. We also do not have a problem with the serviceman who showed up, who was courteous and performed the work. The issue is with scheduling and dispatch. We scheduled a call for a four hour window, between 11 AM and 3 PM, but I was advised that the schedule was light, and that the plumber would arrive in the early part of the window. At 1 o'clock, I called to inquire whether we would soon see the plumber, and was told "he is still on another job". This continued until I received a call after 3:00, advising that our technician was still unable to leave a prior job. I called back an hour later, and was again told that the technician was on the prior job, that he was in Frisco, nearby, and should finish soon. When I was finally called that the technician was on his way, it was nearly 5 PM. He arrived 20 minutes later, and explained that he had just been called, had not been working in Frisco, and that the dispatch system works in a way where any available plumber could be sent to any job when they were free. Essentially, I was lied to all day long. Don't use this plumber.

Your man did a superb job. Our tub faucet had a leak and dripping water inside of the wall. All the pipes were from the original build of the house and needed replacing. I thought it would be a huge project to fix. Turns out, he knew immediately how to perform the repair, he was prepared, efficient, and the end result looked incredible.

Ernie's Plumbing called to let me know their plumber was available early. He showed up on time. He concluded my A/C line drain was tapped into my sink drain (no longer allowed by code) and that it would be between $300-$400 to fix. Not in my budget. Service call charge? $0! That's right, no charge.

Ernie's had to obtain the necessary parts for this Toto toilet, but was able to do so quickly, and made the installation.

Horrible. The entire time was talking about how things needed to be done, dug up entire front lawn to find drain outs and they were in the back yard the entire time. With all the "little" things this cost entirely too much. Drains snaked and the pipe reconnected was $1900.00. I would just call a real plumber before using this "company". I wouldn't really call it a company as there is only one guy and he is always asking the client to help him.

Just one person to complete the job in one day and left the area very clean. They were up front and told me what needed to be done and did just that.

Great and unrealistic experience. I had tried to change out an outside faucet and it WASN'T an unscrew off type and ended up twisting the copper pipe so I was going to be stuck without water for the house. Checked Angie's and called Ernie's. Talked to rep and we had a 4-hour window open right then. 15 minutes later I get a call and the guy is on the way. This started at 9:45 a.m. and by noon the guy (Bryan S.) was on his way. Enjoyed chatting with him as he worked.

The first time the guy came out here, he was really good. His mannerism was good and everything was good. When I called for the second time and requested him and they said the area had a different serviceman. I said to send whoever out. I waited and I waited and he never showed up. I called and rescheduled it to the next day and it was the next day and finally I called and cancelled it. I called a few months later and it was the same thing and I said I would never use them again and I hung up. They kept putting it off and putting it off. I have to account for the first service, which was good. I thought the price was reasonable. At the time, the work was good. He came out right away. The first time was good but the other two, I had to cancel it twice in a row. You can't get a hold of them. They never show up and they won't. They keep extending it and they say the same thing. I have to say to forget it and that I'm not using you guys anymore.

They were punctual and professional. They were able to work me in the same afternoon I called. It was very convenient. They do good work and they show up when they say they will.

It went very well. One faucet that was coming out of the house just needed to be tightened more than I could tighten it. The front faucet coming out of the ground (not the house) was replaced and insulating foam put around it for some extra protection. It took the plumber all of 15 minutes to replace it. Speedy service!

Repairs went well and were done quickly.

The Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the leak was from the drain pipe that was not tightened properly, he tightened the plastic fitting tested the leak and was done under 2 min. There was no charge...would definitely use them again.

I originally had an appointment for Friday in the window of 2-6PM and was called about 30 minutes out closer to the 2 o'clock time. On my way home from work I got a flat tire and called to see if the technician could take another appointment and then come back to me since it was going to take me longer than 30 minutes to get home. As the last appointment of the day they were unable to do that so I rescheduled for Saturday. Bryce Cole showed up on time and was informative and extremely professional. The main line was fixed in about 2 hours. Next time we have any plumbing needs we will be using Ernie's Plumbing and requesting Bryce.

They were unable to make the appointment window they provided and can't come today at all. It is 6PM on Friday night and we still have no water in our home. We will need to stay at a hotel tonight and must find a professional plumber and will likely incur higher weekend charges. I have never posted a review on Angie's list before. The service was so disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others.

Fred & Quintin came out for a service call on our house again this week, and they did a great job. They looked for ways to minimize my expense and solved the problem. I feel very secure in having Ernie's Plumbing handle all my plumbing needs. A good service at a fair price.

The bid was accepted on Wednesday, 2/22/17 but work did not start until Friday. A temporary line was installed so water supply would be available until line installed on 2/22/17. I could not park vehicles in garage until final line installed since the temporary line could not be driven over. The digging was completed on Friday and the pipe was installed on Monday, 2/27. However it took until Friday, 3/3/2017, to get the city out for inspection. There appeared to be a communication gap between field employees and the office personnel. The field employees were very courteous and performed well. However, I received numerous calls from customer service regarding city inspection dates which were incorrect and requests payment which had already been set up . Ernie's offered a payment plan of 6 months to pay in full which was great and I accepted. Since I was in desperate need of water, I accepted Ernie's estimate based on the work they performed a few weeks earlier to open the clogged septic line from the house to the city line. I thought the estimate was high but thought they would be near market estimates and did not seek other estimates.

Installed new flange extensions for two toilets. Work was fine. Price seemed way to high, but had to get the job done quickly.
