The repair was made in 6.5 hours and required breaking through the slab and digging for another 2 ft. to locate the leak. The actual leak was within 6 inches of that determined by acoustic detector used by the plumber. Overall, the job went well and I was satisfied with the work that was done. My only disappointment was that surplus concrete (used to fill the slab) was dumped in the street outside of the house.

The gentleman was persistent in finding the problem which took a while but he found it and fixed it.

The plumber was extremely competent and fast. The parts used were high quality.

The plumber arrived when he said he would, easy to schedule. He explained what he was going to do and then what he actually ended up doing. All that was causing the issue.

I've referred him to friends. They return calls; they're excellent. I think their price was really, really good, so I'll give them an A.

I have used them for several years. I have used them quite a bit. I have used other plumbers and they know what they are doing and nothing has to be re-done. I would use them again. They always try and send the same guy, not every time, but usually do.

I am a repeat customer and it was great! I left a request for service on Sunday night and Monday morning had a call early. They were able to send a technician that morning. Patrick showed me what the issue was, fixed the problem and explained everything he did. Great service, very professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Today we were scheduled for an appointment to fix a couple of toilets. A four hour window was given for the appointment. After not seeing or hearing anything from Ernie's for the first 3 hours and 45 minutes of the suggested 4 hour appointment window, my wife called and was told that the appointment was cancelled earlier and needed to be rebooked for some reason. They said they called and no one answered. But the number they tried was my wife's cell and she received no calls at all. This is actually their second attempted appointment---they pulled this exact same thing last week and no showed in the same manner with an excuse about the plumber's availability. Very unprofessional!!!!

Technician Martin Lantz arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very professional and did the repair work in a timely manner. Would recommend this company and would use them again.

Very Well. Travis had been out to my house before to fix a leaking gas line in the backyard. He is honest and hardworking, and the reason I am a repeat Ernie's customer. You can send me Travis every time!!

They sent Bryan who ran a cable from the kitchen clean out through the length of the pipe to the city's line. Bryan was professional, pleasant and very informative. He worked diligently and cleared the drain.

Was able to provide same day quote. However, tech arrived glanced at locations for new toilets and stated it would be $261 per toilet for installation. $1044. He could not provide a reason for the high quote. I had already received previous quotes for half that price and told him no thank you. He instantly lowered the price by $200. I again told him no and to have a good day. Very disappointed. Decided to do job myself. (Still have quote for service tech Tommy) UPDATE 7-5-2017 Amending previous review. I think the reply from the company on my previous review says a lot of the company. Unprofessional response, high prices followed by a "I can offer you a discount" follow-up. No need to worry - will never call you again. But will inform others of my experience with you.

Very well. The technician, Bryce, quickly found the problem, got it fixed and gave us tips to help prevent this particular problem in the future. I will definitely call Ernie's and request Bryce for any future plumbing needs I have.

Great! We came home from a walk last night to water running down the street due to a broken water pipe. It was too late to call a plumber, so we just turned the water off. I called Ernie's as soon as they opened this morning. Brian was here within an hour. Within three hours, the pipe was fixed and we were back in service. Brian had to dig up some of the grass to get to the pipe. We were very impressed with the care he took to put it back. You can hardly tell it was disturbed. We would definitely use Ernie's again.

It went fine. Just thought the price for about 45 minutes of work was too high.

We contacted them on Wednesday. They called and stated that they could not get service for us until Thursday, but would be here between 1 and 5. At 3:45 on Thursday afternoon, they called to tell us that they were too busy and would have to reschedule us for the following Tuesday (5 days later for a clogged main sewer line??). Don't count on this company to take care of business as promised.

I have an old house and they have situations that can be difficult. They had to crawl into the crawl space. He had to go above and beyond to get in extremely cramped place. He saved me from trashing the whole gas system and water heater. He also made sure the heater taht goes to my air conditioning system was fixed. He was incredibly good at what he did. I cant explain the kind of sacrifice to get that done. They did it for a price less then their competitors.

Showed up on time, fixed the problem, highly recommended.

The technician Jason came arrived promptly as scheduled. Jason looked professional and looked at my shut-off valve and informed me that it was not a difficult job. Provided me with an estimate which was much better than the company I called that provided an estimate over the phone. Jason also looked at the internal guts of the toilet and recommended that I replaced it as well. I declined the service since I was going to attempt the repair myself. I was able to replace the shut-off valve and components in the tank. If I had run into any issues I would not have hesitated to call Ernie's Plumbing again to perform the work. Great! Prompt response when called for estimate. Sent someone out the same day and performed the install the same day. Very thorough to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. Craig was professional, friendly, and efficient.
