I want to share my recent experience with a really fine contractor. I recently contracted with FloorsEliteDFW, headquartered in Southlake. I wanted to expand the oak flooring in my house and I needed repair of existing oak flooring in a long hallway. The owner of Elite Flooring, Kevin Clement, assured me that he could repair the damaged area to look like new and that he could add the additional flooring to an exact match of my existing wood floors. He quoted me a very reasonable price and gave me an accurate start date. His crews were very well supervised, friendly, and clean cut. They were clearly knowledgeable and sealed off the work areas and air conditioning vents with plastic sheeting to eliminate the spread of sawdust residue throughout the house. Kevin was at our home every morning to inspect the progress, answer my questions, and to lead his people. Though he had other jobs under way simultaneously, one of which is an extremely large job in a palatial residence here in Colleyville, we were led to feel like we were his sole customer at that particular time. He was back this morning with one of his crew to rework a bit of caulking because he was not happy with the prior work. This speaks to the high standards that he maintains. He insisted that this rework take place, not me. In short, we love the results of his work and had a truly great experience working with him. I highly endorse FloorsEliteDFW.

This company not only comes with talent and perfections but great customer service as well. I really appreciated that my thoughts were heard. They also provided their feedback and expertise in a very professional way. Not knowing anything about renovations, having my ideas easily explained before, during, and after the process was greatly appreciated. Will absolutely use this team again and refer to anyone looking for amazing quality work completed.

I had such a wonderful experience with Hilda and her company. The workers had to bring tile from the garage to second floor and they were so cautious and made sure they cleaned right after. The tile work detail was outstanding. After a few months, the floor did settle and some of the grout had shifted. I contacted Hilda about it and she sent one of her guys to fix it. So happy overall with this flooring company. I would absolutely 100% recommend this flooring company to anyone without hesitation. Definitely looking to hire again.

Elite gave me an honest estimate for both the time and fees to replace my flooring after a flood. Another contractor had made rosy promises for more than double the price and I’m glad I chose Elite. They even picked up the tile early to make sure the job was on track and they finished early and came back to touch up the work after the install. They are professional, hard working, and I would highly recommend them for flooring.

Working with Hilda and her team was a complete 360 from my experience with other contractors. They were very responsive to questions asked prior to and during the project. They never seemed to be annoyed with questions and answered them thoroughly. It’s obvious that they have a passion and knowledge for their work. They were very helpful and picked up materials for me. Prices are very reasonable. Work is completed in a timely fashion. As for the work they did ( tile installation in master bath and carpet installation ) it turned out great, exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t be happier with the installation. They made sure I was happy with the installation prior to completing the entire floor. I will definitely be using them again for my projects.

We had a full bathroom remodel and tile in the kitchen replaced. The workers showed up when expected and were here almost every day. The project was finished on schedule and on budget. We are extremely happy with the results!

I highly recommend Elite Floors DFW. The sales team worked with me to find the right flooring for my home. Scheduling and installation went off without a hitch! They installed my beautiful hardwood floors, and remodeled my guest bathroom. I will be remodeling my a master bathroom soon. No other company comes to mind, they are a hidden gem!!

I called and talked to Hilda and was able to set up a day for an estimate. She was great and understood exactly what I wanted. Her guys came on the scheduled day and did an amazing job with no issues. My flooring looks perfectly straight and I’m in love with it.

Elite floors has done several projects for me from new construction to remodels. Their quality of work is fantastic for both wood flooring and tile installation. Their customer service and responsiveness after the project was completed has been stellar. I cannot recommend them enough.

My experience with Elite Floors was the best ! Everyone was extremely professional and incredibly attentive to detail! We will definitely use them in the future.

This company installed wood floor and tile in my unit approximately 6 weeks ago. When doing so they removed over 1" of concrete that was my fire and sound barrier between the unit below. At first I did not realize the extent of my problem. This company neglected to refund my money so that I can meet code. They instead would rather go to court to fight me on what is clearly fire code. If your looking for someone who knows what they are doing please avoid this company. I work in the industry and know standard they definitely cut corners and did not present me with any logical options to fix my problem prior to me figuring out I was in a huge huge ordeal that will cost over 6,000 dollar of my own money to fix! Do your homework!
