We contacted Diana in December 2012 when we got back a home we had sold on contract. Those living there had left the home a horrible, filthy mess. We had a backup offer as well. Then Diana went back to work for us to make sure the closing was on time and that all details were taken care of. We were very pleased with her attention to detail and communication through this important portion of the sale. We have bought 8 homes and sold 9 in the last 30 years and know a great realtor when we find one. She is second to none. She will sell our current home when we decide to move on.
