+ -1 moreDFW Brick repair was never on time and I had trouble getting the job completed. About a month after completion I notice that the repairs on my flower bed wall were cracked. I called DFW Brick repair and they responded saying they would call me back but never did. This is the most unprofessional outfit that you could do business with. It seems that they were just brokers hiring cheap labor to complete their contracts. Save yourself the trouble and hire real professionals.
Description of Work: I had the cracks repaired on the bricks on my house and I had my flower bed retaining bricks repaired.

+ 0 moreThe team was polite, professional showed up on time and completed the work in about 1 1/2 days as scheduled. The quality of work was excellent and we are pleased with the results. We would use DFW Brick again and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Repairs and brick replacement due to concrete slab foundation settling. The brick repair/replacement work was done about 30 days after the installation of piers to correct our foundation issues.

Went well, arranged a time and day for him to come out, look at the project, give us a bid. Never showed. Never heard from him. Found someone else who came out, gave us a bid, did a GREAT job.

+ 0 moreThe work took place over parts of three days due to weather. The 40' stone retaining wall looks new and the caulking that was between a substantial number of chimney bricks was removed and replaced with mortar. The stone planters in our home's entry were carefully cleaned of broken/cracked mortar, the stones are now solidly in place and the planters look great. Roy is an artist with this kind of work. Cleanup was very thorough - minimal effort needed after it was done.
