Lisa was prompt in communicating. When we talked over the phone I explained that our house was a mess due to having started and then stopped the house remodeling project due to unforeseen circumstances. She was unfazed and seems to have experience advising clients/homes of all kinds. When she came, she had her paint book ready and as we walked through the house I kept shooting ideas or limits to what we were willing to do and she adapted her suggestions to our needs beautifully. She offered sound advice, good recommendations about what appeals to future buyers, ideas on how to solve cabinetry issues, etc. If you need contractors she has a good network and references. Even though we didn't use their services it was an nice option to have access to them. There so many good things to say about her, I'm so glad I contacted her. She helped point us in the right direction to finishing this project well. Thank you Lisa!!

Lisa has a great eye and a natural talent for decorating. If she sees an item at Market in which she thinks you are interested in or that would look good in your home, she will text you photos and pricing. This makes it very easy so that you do not have to take time out of your day to go shopping with her. She will arrange delivery and then arrange the items in your home or office and hang art for you.

Lisa was great! It took less than 30 minutes for Lisa to respond to my original request and we were able to set a date to meet the following week. She was able to do a quick a walk through and immediately had ideas about where and how to display my items. This was a challenge as I needed to blend my things (somewhat traditional) with my fiance's (old word). When I returned home from work she had my house looking beautiful!! I am very pleased with everything she did and look forward to working with her in the future. She has an amazing eye for blending and putting pieces together.

A few days before listing our home on MLS to sell we contracted Lisa to come stage our house. She spent about 2 1/2 hours going through our home in great detail. (5,000 square foot) She made MANY excellent recommendations which we implemented right then with her help. Her recommendations included repositioning books, furniture, clearing kitchen tops, removing trash cans, how to fold towels for best presentation, etc, etc. Our home looked neat, orderly, and like a model show house when she was done. Amazing!! Our realtor was impressed when he saw her work! Lisa also recommended we hire a professional photographer to take the pictures for MLS. We agreed and used her recommendation to hire tremendous photographer. He was also fantastic and was less than $200. We felt with Lisa's staging and his camera...the pictures were stunning. Result: Immediate responses from our MLS pictures. Lots of showings in first week. First offer on day 7 and signed contract on day 10!!!! We agreed on 95% of our asking price. One of the buyer's realtors commented that "this house is perfectly staged." Lisa is a huge talent and we are so THRILLED we brought her in to help us. We give her our HIGHEST recommendation. P.S. Most houses in this neighborhood have sold much slower. We had been told by a realtor that at this price point expect 3-4 months to get a deal.. Another house around the corner sat for 6 months and is still unsold.

Lisa is great, professional and I LOVED her ideas! Unfortunately, I have to wait a little bit before she can work her magic in my house (due to personal reasons on my end), but I cant wait!! Don't hesitate call Lisa - you will be pleased!

Lisa took ownership of the entire job, an really made my house look top notch. I get a lot of compliments on my house, and Lisa gets all the credit!! She made sure that I was in the loop, and communicated very well. I cannot say enough how excellent Lisa is at what she does!!

Lisa came to my house in 4-11-14 prior to my estate sale to help me select appropriate items to keep from among the house full of treasures my wife had collected over the years. The house was a showplace while she was alive, but a little over the top for me, so I wanted someone to tone it down a bit and make it more masculine. Following the removal of the estate items, and the repainting of several rooms in the house, Lisa came back and restaged the rooms, purchasing a painting and sconces and a few other accessories for the rooms. It was my desire where possible to utilize items I already had rather than buy new things, and Lisa did that, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the outcome, she has excellent taste in color choices, ability to mix and match and provide eye-catching views in every room. I know I will enjoy these rooms now for a very long time to come. I will not hesitate to call her again should I ever need any home decorating services.

Lisa was kind, personable, and prompt. She used the items in our home to simplify and beautify the spaces she staged. What surprised us is that she did not have us purchase expensive items to beautify our home but used the materials we had. All we needed was a few more candles and a few more decorative towels which we purchased for under $50. Lisa's simple way of arranging our furniture made it look so much better. Just moving an ottoman (which we used at the foyer for a bench to put on shoes) around the corner with a few pillows made it a darling reading nook which is now my favorite part of our house. She completed her work in two hours and I was shocked at how extremely thorough and professional she was. We like Lisa so much that when we move into our new house, we will hire her again to make our new home look as good as the home she staged for us. We credit Lisa and the team she works for with selling our house in about two and a half weeks. She's fabulous! I would recommend Lisa to everyone (and I have too!) who would like to receive top-notch service at a very low cost.

Lisa is so talented. She helped me with paint color, rugs, furniture and pulled it all together beautifully. I had her help me with a number of rooms but I only bought a few new things. Although I didn't have a big budget, she made my house look like a model home. It feels like a new house! I highly highly recommend her.

Lisa has a unique talent. She can effortlessly acquire and apply items for your home or utilize your existing decor. She has helped me decorate for Christmas by giving my Christmas tree a total makeover. It was the most beautiful tree I had ever owned. She has helped me over the years by giving me suggestions and helping me locate much needed items for my home in North Arlington. I will continue to seek her professional opinion and advice for many future projects. I have no problem referring her to anyone who is in need of decorating or home staging.

She is so talented and easy to work with. She has a wonderful eye for style, design, and layout. She can put everything together beautifully and is very cost conscious. She was also willing to work around any special requests that we had. I found her to be very friendly easy to talk to. She is just excellent!
