 + -1 moreComputer crashed, I called, and they sent me a new hard drive for me to install myself. I fixed it, and it was pre loaded with what I had originally. Now Microsoft Office does not work, which I purchased from Dell. They are saying they can't give the key since its past 21 days since the purchase and keep referring me to Microsoft. Microsoft is saying you paid Dell, Dell needs to give you product key-- which makes more sense. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get this resolved and to no avail, I have no Microsoft Office and might be forced to buy another license key for $550.
Description of Work: Warranty repair when they hard drive that came with the computer crashed. These guys sent me a new hard drive except now I can't use Office because they didn't give me the product code.

 + -1 moreOverall, the process of getting my computer back up and running took a week and a half. The technical support person that helped me was very good. He was very good about following up after my computer was fixed to make sure all was well.
Description of Work: My computer crashed, and they helped me get up and running again.
