They gave us a good estimate, but there are just other priorities that we are turning to at this time.

He didn't show me any of his work. I was only able to go by what he said he did. We didn't really follow through with him. I don't know if contractors should have building permits, but he said that we should get one. We probably won't go with them. I had to ask them for the plans to get the permit. When he drew the plans out, they were wrong. I guess he was trying to draw the plans up from memory, but it wasn't a very professional drawing. I would be wary of having him do the work. They probably didn't take us seriously about doing the work anyway, as we have a small house. They answered questions by email. They were on time.

Horrible, never on time, never answered the phone when we called would disappear and never come back, workers didn't know where the "boss" Mark would be at.

Arrived promptly at appointment time. Called before he came, as promised. Had all tools for the jobs, since he had previously come and estimated jobs we wanted done. Very careful of premises. Cleaned up and took away all trash. Worked continuously until all work done. No breaks. Very courteous and friendly. We were very impressed with his work. His brother Jeff Baldwin came with him on the jobs as was just as impressive. He told me he had been doing this type of work for over 38 years and that his brother Jeff had been doing custom trim carpentry on several very expensive homes.
