Description of Work: They replaced the garage door spring which broke after 12 years. Called them late afternoon and they offered to come out immediately, but scheduled for the next morning since I had an unrelated item being done requiring my presence. They showed up at the correct time and completed the work in just under one hour and for a cost which was slightly lower than my research had led me to expect. They also did some general upkeep maintenance to the garage door and opener (lubed chain, tighten all bolts/nuts and lubed rollers). They were professional, friendly, and I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Silly me- I left the manual latch locking the garage door in place while my spouse was out of town. I forgot it was locked & tried to open the door, so the latch bent & threw the garage door off track where I couldn't even close it. The thought of the garage door being stuck "open" overnight with my husband gone terrified me. Jonathon (sp?) was fast, courteous,thorough & fixed this for me, with a smile! I also used their services in January, so this was actually repeat business since I was so pleased. Trust the professionalism & thoroughness of this family run business!
