Description of Work: It was a one-time cleaning. The previous person let the pool go. When that happens, you have to have someone out there quickly. He was able to come promptly and he was able to get the pool turned around and back in shape.

Dallas was extremely friendly, he called me back right away and he also recommended another pool company that was in my service area. I called that company and it was indeed a good recommendation. Nice to have someone actually refer you to someone else who was capable.
Description of Work: I had called D's Pool Service to check my salt system as it was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, I was outside of their service area.

He came exactly when he said he would, gave a few tips, and left. He didn't charge me anything and his tips helped! Our pool looks beautiful now! I will definitely use this company again!

 + -1 moreI had a continual battle with green algae for about six weeks or more. Dallas looked at the algae rubbed it with a solid tablet of chlorine and said he could get rid of it and he did. He put in some super shock and swept the walls down and that was it, no more green algae all year.
Description of Work: What I asked Dallas to do and what he suggested he do were two different things. I asked for and acid wash and Dallas informed me it was not necessary. He had the opportunity to take me to the cleaners but he did not! I had been fighting an algae bloom form about two months but he solved it finally in about one hour. Dallas was cool about it all, sort of thought I was "over" reacting, which I was but he made a simple suggestion of super shocking with his "'industrial chemicals" my pool and that solved my problem. I trust him and his advice he knows what he is talking about and I do not believe he will do your wrong. You will be happy if you can get him to take on your pool problem.

 + -1 moreD's did a great job of cleaning up my dirty pool. It was green and had a a good layer of leaves at the bottom. It also had a lot of algae. They drained it and power washed it and it looks great. They worked around my schedule and did everything as promised.

 + -1 moreHe is always on time and very thorough. We have a monthly contract with him as well. He makes sure to ask if there is anything else we need done. If he is ever going to be late or not available, he lets us know which is very good. I am very pleased with the service he has because he does a great job and there have never been any problems.
Description of Work: They come weekly and clean the pool and the filter. We have an average sized in ground pool.
