+ -1 moreEverything went as planned once the rain stopped. Doug and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job taking out the old unit and installing the new. Doug provided several options that met our needs, he described the pros and cons of each. Would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Found out later that he has serviced several homes in my neighborhood and everyone said they would use him again and have. The number one thing the like was his customer service.
