Custom Maid

I contacted Rhonda at custom maid because I needed her to clean up after some tenants who moved without cleaning. Rhonda arrived and told me her normal rate was $195.00 but would have to charge me $295.00 because the house was so dirty. I agreed and she demanded payment up front. When I returned to my home I sent a check overnight. She told me that she wanted to work at night because she other jobs to finish and she was behind due to the snow I was in agreement with this as well. She showed the first night and cleaned but did not finish, she stated she could come back but did not know when. My incoming tenant began to contact her to coordinate. three days later she finally gave a new time of 7:30am and one of her employees would be there to finish. I contacted Rhonda to see if they were there and she did not know. She called back and said that no one was home and they left promptly. I contacted Rhonda about this and she said she would see what she could do. She then sent a text message and said she could not finish the job and would send a refund. I asked her when and how much and she never responded. A day later I sent another text message asking about the refund and she said "checks are cut on Fridays" Again I asked how much was my refund and she never replied. I sent her an email asking about it in which she replied that she was out of town and the check was cut on Friday as promised minus a "missed appointment fee". She said that she had to pay her employee who had to drive 30 miles out of her way. I found this most difficult to believe as her office is 6 miles from my residence. I would not use her again for move out service. Her work was mediocre and she was unprofessional. Beware if she asks you to pay upfront. Especially if you live out of town.

They were excellent. Their price was good. The quality of their work was okay. They were responsive and punctual. I will use them again in the future.

She does a very good job. She will wash and dry our sheets for us and then make up the bed for us. She is very trustworthy. They are bonded. She is very very friendly.
