Outstanding work. I'm very pleased.

The crew worked well. The project started fine and at first everything seemed alright. We ended up needing additional piers and reached out again to Joe Cross to have them installed. That is when we rani nto issues. Our agreement was to pay 50% upfront on a $2200.00 quote. The day we were to pay the crew broke their auger and had to leave early before we could pay the 50% payment. Joe then started calling aggressively to chase the payment. Very strange considering we were a returning customer who had just paid them $6000.00 for the first go around without issue. We asked Joe if we could just take care of all of it when they came back out to finish the job in a few days, and he said no. He insisted that he collect the money and I finally invited him to my office for payment. Very strange. I thought they must have been having financial problems. Recently we asked Joe for a map of where the piers were installed. That was now a few weeks ago and we still don't have the map. I suspect we will never receive it. As a business owner, I could not recommend this company. The service is terrible.
