Do not hire this company. They do not keep their word. They will leave you with the job half done and half the insulation gone. They did nothing that was promised and only some of what was on the contract. Will not use them in the future or recommend ever again.
Description of Work: They were supposed to take out old insulation and replace with new.

Critter Catchers (CC) responded promptly when called and visited site to assess the situation. Once they identified that animal was in attic/wall they quoted the total price to catch and remove the animal. CC made repeated trips to check trap over a one week period. Finally the raccoon was captured and removed. CC communicated throughout with the tenant and with us. CC also located the animal access point and pointed that out for repair.
Description of Work: Removal of animal that was in attic and wall of rental property.
