Perfectly. the technician was on-time, polite, and efficient. I use this company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

Service tech was very polite and informative. He indicated that my A/C unit needed many repairs due to old age. Due to repair costs he ultimately recommended a new unit would be the more economical choice. Said that he would provide quotes. Three weeks went by before I received quotes.

Technition was 1 1/2 hours late with no phone call to explain. I called the co. and they had to call me back because the tech hadn't told them either. Finally arrived about 45 min. later. The work was completed quickly, throughly and professionally. No problems with that part.

Excellent service! He quickly let me know what needed to be done and how much it would be. He was thorough, professional, courteous and performed the work in a timely manner.

They did great work for fair price.

The technician promptly called us back the next day to give us our options. We had to replace the coils or the entire unit. We decided to replace the entire unit because the costs were similar.

Showed up and seemed fine after first call but repeat call and follow up horrible. Feel they were dishonest by taking my $ the first time and stating we needed to replace both inside and outside units. Guess it didn't matter as we never heard from them again. They obviously didn't want the job. Too bad.

It went great. The service rep allowed me to use the discounted price for all three furnaces. It was a great price!!

I feel confident in their assessment of issues and recommendations. They dont try to up-sell. They give you options and give your what their opinion is of each option and let you make the decision. I felt very good about what I hear from them. They are so confident in their opinion.

Good, just didn't like knowing I would have to replace the unit at some point. But it is about 10 years old.

Cool Tech was able to come out the same day I called. The technician spent a lot of time testing our unit and figuring out why it wasn't as cold as it should be. It's cooling much better today. Tell Ben thanks for us!

Techs seem knowledgeable and honest. Office personnel has been friendly and helpful. I will call them again next time I need HVAC service.

Dave discovered wrong wiring by the previous A/C company. He also found that the main parts were the wrong one. He ordered the correct parts and installed them with correct wiring. He also pointed out I would need an electrician to install a separate breaker for the heating unit. An electrician came next day and replaced bad wires with good ones. Then A/C and heating started working.

They did a great job and it is working great. They do not work on commission so there is no incentive to push sales. They maintain our system now coming 2x a year.

It went great. I brought their Angie's list special that they were offering. The only money that I spent was buying the special from Angie's list. No money was exchanged to the air conditioner company.

It was okay, it was fine. They found the problem and they made me aware of.

It worked out really good, but on the little thing it said that Angie's List was supposed to get hold of us or something and we hadn't heard anything for almost a week, so we just went ahead and called the air conditioning company ourselves and set the appointment. They came within a couple of days. It worked out really well. They didn't charge any more. It's working okay. I think they came when they were supposed to on the timeframe.

Holy smokes Batman, this company is a breath of fresh air for professionalism and knowledge. I am so glad I had Cool Tech Mechanical come out and check out the systems, they know their stuff better than any HVAC contractor I've ever worked with, and truly operated with a heart of a servant and the heart of a teacher to let me know what I needed to know before buying this home. They will be replacing the HVAC systems once I move in, and I will post another review on the installation experience.

Prompt and professional.

It went FANTASTIC ! I usually like to wait a year before reviewing items like this so that I might see how things go with the new unit.The unit had gone out in July (of course) last year and I called Cool Tech . They answered my questions and were quick to come out and assess the situation. I knew because of age it would need new units.They spent the better part of the day removing the old and installing the new. All were courteous and worked hard. It was Great! As a side note recently the unit began to make a noise. It was just a loose panel quickly fixed. And although the unit was out of warranty by two months, Cool Tech came out fixed it and didn't charge a service call. That was a nice touch and highly appreciated.

They called me any set an appointment day and approximate time. They were going to call me 1/2 hour before they were going to come over so I would be sure to be there when they arrived. They never called, nor did they show up or call to reschedule. NO work was done but my money was taken by Angie's list or whoever gets paid on the Special Deals.

Technician diagnosed problem and repaired it. Inpescted whole A/C unit and advised me of other issue that may need attention in the future.

Jon KNOWS his stuff when it comes to his line of work. He accommodated our tight schedules, came up with a fair price and suggested helpful recommendations for the best unit in our price range (vs. trying to sell us on something more expensive). His team showed up on time and worked quickly to get the job done. While they were there, Jon visited my house personally to meet me and oversee the work. He addressed issues and concerns promptly, kept in constant communication, and did his best to ensure we were completely satisfied. We're happy to recommend his company to anyone.
