+ 1 moreGate opener was installed on 8-22-17, unit worked until 9-18-17 when stopped working. Contact was made with owner Marty and stated he would fix on 9-19-17. Marty failed to show up and now does not return texts and phone calls, stated on Invoice 1 year warranty. Upon inspection it was also learned parts from old opener were used like transformer which can be gotten to on porch. Unknown why wont return full payment was made day of service. I would not recommended after this as I will now have to contact factory and find new vendor to fix.
Description of Work: New electric swing gate opener needed to be installed, to replace old unit.

+ -1 moreMarty and I discussed what was needed prior to his visit and when he came he handled the repair and just left me a bill. The gate operates "GREAT" now and we are thrilled with his work. We would recommend him to anyone. I called him this morning and we settled on his bill. Really smooth and really fast. One of the great things about using Angie's List. When you find the right contractor, our experience has been really good. Every Time ! Thanks, Paula & Lynn Miller
Description of Work: We have an electronic drive-way gate that lost its wheel and needed repair. We had reached out to several other gate companies before contacting Marty with Controlled Access. The other contractors said they didn't handle that type of repair or they wanted to install a new gate for us. Finally we found Marty and he came out to help.
