+ -1 moreThe workmen did not clean up after themselves and they did not adequately fill in the hole they made in the kitchen floor. I had to use a levelling agent myself, and since I am an ameteur, it is not very well done.
Description of Work: We had to repair slab leaks after we had our foundation levelled. Of course it is impossible for us to tell if this is legitimate since we can't see under the house, but we used Atlas Foundation Repair, which is a respected company, and they brought in this plumber. Today we have a clog under our toilet which our regular plumber cannot repair. He says the iron pipe and pvc are not properly aligned, and roots and paper have clogged the line. This company repaired two leaks in that bathroom, so I think either they did poor quality work or incompetent evaluation of the work needed.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreThey were excellent. It was an interesting installation. They were very ethical and they wouldn't dream of doing anything without pulling permits. The old water heater had not been installed properly and they had to figure out how to run a TNT line from the water heater to meet code and they had to run it the whole length of the garage to get it outside the garage. They were prompt. They don't charge by the hour. They did the job which was really nice. It was an all day project. I can't really complain about the price as there were 2 guys who worked for 8 hours. They took out the old heater and did everything right. I would use them again. In fact, I have called them to come back. I have got a faucet in the bathtub and one of the handles of the water supply line will not turn, so I can't turn on the water. He came out yesterday and got it apart and took a picture of the stem and is going to try and find the part. The house is 35 years old.
Description of Work: The plumbing company came out in November and put in an 80 gallon hot water heater that was in the garage about 4 or 5 feet off the floor of the garage.

+ -1 moreImmediate response, very knowledgeable and professional. Derrack, Randy & Larry did fantastic work. As far as slab leak goes, its a drag, but these guys got it taken care of ASAP.
Description of Work: Replaced gas water heater supply lines on 3 toilets & washer, repaired kitchen sink drain & replaced leaky water spicket outside. Located and repaired a 7' copper water line under our slab.
