Upon arriving at store, it was difficult to get someone to assist us. Being days before Christmas, one would think differently. There were many sales associates standing around gabbing with one another, but not willing to help out. I found the camera on hold for me as the sales associate I spoke with on the phone said it would be. However, when I asked for the internet price as I had been promised, I was told they would not accept the internet coupon -- savings of $100.00, I finally was able to speak to the manager, and I have never met someone so rude and unprofessional in the way they handled a situation (Lonnie Franklin). I will never go back to that store for anything, and I will be calling the company headquarters to lodge a complaint.
